The experience was great! They follow up with you in regular basis to let you know what they are working on and where the process of production is. The design process was very smooth and its very easy to approve and give feedback. The quality is amazing!

Elisa did a wonderful job on my jewelry. I was very pleased. There was a small problem and she sent me a replacement immediately.

The ordering and proofing/approval process was very easy to work with. Production and shipping was also verry quick. They took care to ensure the Jewelry was exactly what I was looking for. In my case a nice keychain to remember my significant other who passed away far too soon.
