The designers very quickly created a design that is unique to my daughter-in-law and granddaughter. Both were very happy with their new necklace and key chain.

I ordered from Charmly in time for Christmas 2024. It was supposedly sent. Got no notification. Then was sent a form to a place called "UniUni" to fill out which malfunctioned both on desktop and phone. Then I tried to call this "UniUni" and waited for 45 mins as they repeatedly said I was 15 mins away from being seen. Now I am being told I will simply be updated and I am legitimately annoyed. The logistics for me, the customers is not great. I told my husband we were exchanging gifts for Christmas and now I literally have nothing to give him and have no clue IF I WILL EVER have anything to give him? Will I receive it in 2024? If I'm lucky in January 2025? Perhaps the winter of 2025? If I cross my fingers by the spring?

Amazing from start to finish! From text messages to emails I was constantly kept in the loop on the process of my necklace. I chose a design with my husband's initial of T, mine of J and our daughters of P. This necklace came out stunning! I may splurge in the future and get the design cast in pure gold by my jewelr as I plan on wearing this everyday!
