Walked through the whole process. Explained everything. Wish it had made it in time for my girlfriends boudoir shoot, but there was additional delays getting it done. All in all good experience, just wish it was more in line with the time line in my case.

My experience was good up until I was not pleased with my bracelet with the cord, the charm was great just as I wanted and had the purple cord, well weeks after the cord started to unravel. I offer to send back my charm and have it re-corded in purple again. If I handled it wrong like wearing all the times or getting it wet I would have taken in consideration but no notice was made for me to believe that. I was told I could buy a bracelet a very thin bracelet and you can look on the order to see which one I ordered and put the charm on it and that was diaster the charm was to heavy for that thin bracelet. I offered to send my charm back and have it re corded in purple and pay for it. I still would like to do that bc the cord made the charm. When I say charm I mean a round letter LRLM charm. I am sure you can go back and check out my order and let me know what to do as far as sending it back give address and I will state in the order back to you to re-corded it in purple which was what I paid for. Give me the amount to be charged and I will furnish that to complete my order. I didnt expect you to re do it for nothing which I gathered that on my last conversation with you, plus I would pay postage also. I hate having something that nice and not wear it. Thank you and hope to hear from you. My jeweler was Elisa. The date was just a guess date below, you should have copies of orders. Billie Martin Thank you.

The necklace itself was perfect and the process of getting it designed and shipped was quick and easy. However, the card that explains the symbols included came damaged, the O had been scrapped making it look like a C, which is a shame as it's a beautiful keepsake and for the money thought this would have been done a bit better.
