Beautiful necklace. Changes were made by my request immediately. Wonderful staff and Elisa was so helpful. Will be ordering from Charmlry again and recommending them to all my friends. Shipping was fast also. Thank you so much.

Fantastic customer service! Amanda was patient and helpful during the process of getting my designs the way I wanted them. I would have left 5 stars just for that bc it’s not always the case. However not only are my necklaces perfect the company as a whole went above and beyond to help me get them in time. Which I appreciate bc it wasn’t their problem to fix. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Do not hesitate ordering from this company. It was a pleasure working with them and I will be a repeat customer for life. Thank you again Nikki

Custom jewelry at a good price. The design phase was fun, timeliness accurate, and the jewelry is nice. My wife loved the necklaces from my kids.

On 11/24/2024 I ordered two silver designs from this company, I approved and paid for them. Money was deducted and then I received an email with a tracking number stating my product would ship on 12/3/2024. I have not received what I ordered. I tried to contact this company and my emails were returned. I reached out on social media and was told they lost it and had to remake it! I asked for a refund and have gotten no response and no product. They stole my money and refuse to return it. Steer clear of this company they are scamming people and removing negative posts from social media to protect themselves.
