Good feedback, however 1.5month to deliver the product and not 3 days. Convenience is a very important aspect in nowadays demand. Should stablish shipping methods and partners worldwide.

Chamelo has the best customer experience team. I have had a few custom requests and they went above and beyond to resolve them. Their product is also super stylish and practical - I liked the fact that I could adjust the shades depending on how sunny it is.

It has been two weeks and after contacting Chamelo about a lack of shipping updates I’m told that their batch of orders is intended to arrive from the manufacturer in ‘June’. This does not accurately reflect shipping and delivery times that continue to be promoted on their website even after over four months of delays from other customers. It’s also unclear whether my particular order will be fulfilled in June with this batch or if there is such an insane backlog that I will have to wait longer. I suspect I’ll be waiting based on other reviews. Whoever is in charge of handling shipping and logistics for his company should be removed from their position and the website should have been updated yesterday that new customers should expect delays for certain products. Chamelo licenses technology owned and manufactured by a separate entity in China. This is not their technology they’ve created. They specialise in branding and promotion not logistics and manufacturing. Having to deal with tariffs and international trade disruptions is a terrible excuse for this behaviour and lack of transparency. Those who made these terrible business decisions should know they have permanently damaged the brands reputation.

It has been more than 2.5 weeks and my order hasn't shipped nor updated. I emailed the support team twice and did not get any replies. Honestly, why can't the company be transparent to stock related issues. They only tell you that it's back-ordered after you pay for it. It really sucks and frustrating not hearing about the product you paid for.

The Dragon is a phenomenal piece of art that integrates tech seamlessly. After I unboxed it, I just held it in my hand appreciating the intricacies for almost a good 15 minutes before I tried them on. Once I tried them on, I kept stepping indoors and outdoors to try out the tint gradients, and I fell in love with the Dragon. Great job with this one! Highly recommended.
