Think it's been about 6 months is chamelo music shield sunglasses. Durable. Charge last all day. I literally wear them 5-6 days a week for work. The music sounds great. I definitely want another pair!

The lenses are great, the polarization of light is excellent, and it is really helpful in the full sun!

I like everyone else, paid 500$ 3 months ago. This is for a pair of sunglasses?! When I asked where my order was they would give a new date (happened 5 times) and then when I asked for a refund it was apparently processed so I couldn't get one. It was processed on May 12th and still waiting. They will not update you ever only respond to complaints. Maybe it's not a scam but honestly who cares. Who wants to wait half a year for a pair of sunglasses that many people have said break within a few months

My first order from Chamelo was 5 weeks ago, the dusk had been delivered but the aura glasses is still on backorder. On the 16the of may I ordered the Dragon but that one also has not been shipped yet. I think it's quite dissapointing that they don't mention on the website that the product are out of stock and that the delivery will take more time. If I had known I wouldnt have placed the order, because I wanted the glasses for my vacation next week. With the 2 orders combined I've spent more than €700, will NEVER be ordering from Chamelo again! The 2 stars is only because of the Dusk glasses that were delivered on time. 28-6 Last week I finally got my third pair of glasses. Chamelo also contacted me about the delayed orders and apologized with a refund of 20% for one pair of glasses which is $50.70. I'm happy to finally the glasses and they are great, however I won't be ordering from Chamelo again. I've adjusted the review to 3 stars only because the glasses are fantastic.

I originally gave Chamelo 1 star due to misleading stock info and complete lack of communication — I ordered a pair of glasses clearly marked as “available,” only to be told days later they’d ship in 3 weeks. When that date passed, I had to follow up myself to learn they were delayed again, vaguely “until June.” No updates, no outreach, no responsibility. The glasses were meant as a gift. I showed up empty-handed because of their silence. That said — they eventually delivered. After I followed up again, Chamelo responded and shipped the glasses 10 days later. The product is fine. Bottom line: don’t count on proactive service or accurate timelines. You’ll likely have to chase them. But if you’re persistent, they’ll get the job done.

Ordered the Aura RX from Chamelo back in February but was hit with multiple delays without any upfront communication. I would need to inquire and they would respond in time mentioning April or next week. When the next week came and gone, they would say next week or so. I mentioned I would like to cancel but now they cannot cancel as the product is in process. I originally wanted these for my trip but they will not make it in time. Now, I am not satisfied and do not want them. The last time I was ask to wait multiple times was when I was scammed. I'm sure they may be a legit company with this product but like the others I read from here, Chamelo communication to their customers needs major improvement. Edit 5/20/2025: The manager reached out and mentioned that the Aura RX cannot be cancelled since they are a made to order product and it is mentioned in another link prescription glasses are excluded from the 30 day guarantee. They did refund a portion due to the delay issues and mentioned that the package should out out soon. For now, I have upgraded the experience to 3 stars. I will re-rate again after getting the product.

I LIKE THE STYLE AND THE WAY FIT. DELIVERY WAS A LITTLE SLOW. I RECIEVED THEM AND THATS ALL THAT MATTERS.
