Slow service. Feels like a scam. My girl bought me a pair for father's day. She bought it on the 4th and no updates besides the immediate email that there was a delay on the glasses as soon as they were bought(terrible buisness practice). Now it seems im in this limbo of not knowing if this products a scam or we are experiencing a buisness with poor processing, delivery and communications which is not good either way. Anyways now I feel bad that my wife's money is tied up bc I wanted this as a gift. Anyway I can get an update on my order? 07/15/25 So my sunglasses came in about a week or 2 after my first review. Glad everything went through and I got them. Customer service was very helpful and they gave me extra cleaning supplies for my troubles. Its wild you have to right a review on here to get there attention though. The shipping carrier they use is not BBB approved and honestly the whole experience was pretty sketchy. Overall the sunglass are nice, very cool feat. With adjustable tint. I think for quality they may be a little over priced and personally would feel more comfortable buying it in the 100-150 dollar range. These glasses are really fragile and they fog up really easy when you change climates. Tried playing golf with them and it felt like it was curving my vision to putt with them on. These sunglasses are very stylish and is 100% the right direction for glasses of the future. My only complaint with the sunglasses would be the range of tint. Very cool product!

Placed an order over a month ago. Was supposed to be for a birthday present and the glasses never came. Emailed a rep and they said it would be shipping early last week and was going to gift them for Fathers Day, still no package and can’t get a response for a refund!

It’s unfortunate when customers feel forced to post on Trustpilot simply to get a response — it reflects poorly on the business and erodes trust. I placed my order with Chamelo on May 27th and immediately received an email saying the order was delayed. Not a great start. Just when I was about to follow up a week later, the status suddenly changed to “shipped.” I thought, maybe I haven’t been swindled after all. But now, days later, the tracking still says that the carrier has only received the shipping info — the package itself hasn’t moved. I’ve reached out to customer service and have yet to receive a response. Honestly, it’s been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Why tarnish your brand like this when it would be so easy to communicate clearly and do right by your customers?

2nd Follow up-Glasses finally Delivered: Thanks to James at Chamelo who reached out and made things right. The glasses came late which was disappointing and I still wish they would've been transparent in the start that they were behind on orders and the glasses would take longer, however we have them now and they are so far so good. Love the calls feature on the glasses and of course the shade tint technology feels so futuristic and is super neat. The hubby will try them out yet for a run but so far playing around with them they're pretty neat. NOT A SCAM, legit company and great customer service once you can contact someone Follow up: after they responded to this review, I still did not get a follow up. Any sort of peace of mind that this isn't a scam and my order is still on its way would be nice... Review: I am soo disappointed in this potentially being a scam. Got these as a gift for Father's Day and now can't even get a hold of anybody via email or phone number to confirm they've been sent over a week ago and the live chat seems to be gone. Spent way too much on these for the Hubby and can't even afford it, now I have no gift and no funds for something else ..I feel like I've been robbed. seemed like a really cool product. Hubby really wanted them for his Father's Day Marathon, just super disappointed and wanting a refund, but can't get a hold of anyone!

Utilized their customer support email contact twice and haven’t heard back either time. The first time was in April and the second time 4 days ago. I’m having issues with my glass’ tint flickering and want to have them replaced. Strongly considering other options if this is how the customer is treated. Edit 1: Not sure if this review was the cause or coincidence, but Chamelo reached out today to replace the defective glasses. I’ll update this review as the process completes. Edit 2: Customer support reached out and is replacing the defective glasses. This was extremely quick. The delay may have been partly my fault, when filling out a defect form you must email them back upon completion which I didn’t know to do. Chamelo ended up taking care of my glasses and in an expedient fashion. Fully recommend them.

It’s a wonderful experience for me . New technology . Trusted suppliers. And it’s worth spending money . Battery timing is great and connectivity to any divice is strong 💪 . In short 100% recommended to everyone

I would give zero marks for this company if I could. I have sent 5 follow-up emails since the 5th business day. They didn't provide any information for the delay, and they blocked my email account for the third time I sent. Today is already the 14th business day (nearly a month), and I still haven't received any email for the compensation/refund/cancellation of my order. This is so terrible that it looks like a scam
