Ik zou een replacement krijgen maar de klantenservice verstuurt de bestelling maar niet met elke keer nieuwe smoesjes dat de warenhuizen druk zijn, dit is nu al 6 maanden zo. Ze zeggen ook elke keer dat iemand contact gaat opnemen met me maar dat gebeurt nooit, de klantenservice is ook onbereikbaar en reageert om de maand, niet te vertrouwen.

I love my chamelo aura sunglasses! The way they go from purple to pink to blue to gray at the tap of the glasses is top tier! I’ve worn them to so many different red carpet events including Paris Hilton’s Movie Premiere!

These glasses are a game changer. I have tried a few pairs and love the innovation from the brand - a true pioneer in the wearables space with products that stand the test of time and hold to the values they were founded on. Love my Chamelos!

I placed my order on August 1st, and I still haven’t received my package. The amount of time I’ve had to wait is completely unacceptable, and I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. Waiting this long for an order without receiving the package is frustrating and makes me question the reliability of this company. Customers deserve better service, clear” communication, and, most importantly, to actually receive what they paid for. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. I hope they resolve this issue and take better care of their customers in the future
