First, I ordered this product as a Father’s Day gift, but after placing the order, I received an email saying it was not in stock with no idea when it would ship. Their site may show it being in stock, but there’s a good chance it’s not and you won’t find out until after giving them your money. The only way you can contact customer service is through email and it takes them at least a day or more to respond. I finally received the sunglasses almost two months later. The sound is good, but the touch pad to change the brightness of the lens doesn’t work the best. My pair had wavy lines throughout as well as a wear spot on the inside when I received them. Since you can only reach the company by email, I emailed them Friday and sent them pictures of the issue. It is now Monday and I have not heard back yet. According to their site, if you have issues with the product and they will warranty it, you have to mail it to them before they will send you a replacement. I can only imagine how long that would take, and at this point, I would just like to have my money back and be done with this. The sunglasses seem to be okay if I had received a good pair, but they are not worth purchasing due to the company they come from.

Update 2/08/25 J’ai reçu au final les lunettes il y a une semaine environ. Je dois dire que le support a très vite répondu à mon mécontentement, en lançant plus rapidement l’expédition, et en offrant une remise de 20% Bonne réaction de leur part donc , mais le délais d’expédition (Belgique) était quand même assez long Sinon le produit pour l’instant est vraiment conforme aux pubs , et super adapté au longues sorties sportives c’est super Je laisse 4/5 pour les premiers problèmes d’expéditions , ainsi que pour les avis sous forme de Bot sur Facebook , ça ne donne pas confiance 8/07/25 Commande il y a deux semaines jour pour jour! Et toujours rien reçu ! Alors que Je précise: sur le site internet rien n’indiquait ce c’était une rupture de stock, il était même mentionné « livraison rapide » Pire encore : j’ai reçu un mail hier me disant encore que les lunettes sont en rupture de stock , et que la livraison viendra mi juillet (nous sommes fin juillet !) quelle arnaque Je regrette ne pas avoir acheté une autre paire pour l’été et mes compétitions sportives

I ordered the aura glasses on Jun 27 it is now July 19. I personally wouldn't mind the wait time if I knew what it was. The company has been completely unresponsive ive sent 4 follow up emails begging for any kind of response since these glasses were a birthday present (july 23). Seeing all these review I doubt it will make it in time. I have recieved automated messages such as "Our team is currently out of the office for the weekend, but we'll be back on Monday, ready to help you see the world your way. We’re here all day Monday – Friday, and respond within 24 hours or less." This lie was sent a week ago and if it isnt a lie they should be ashamed for ignoring their customers. Since then I've tried again to contact them. After discovering all the reviews on here im now beginning to doubt the credibility of this company. It appears they only respond here when called out so im now forced to write a review in hopes of any response/update besides the pre programmed ones about how they are backordered...I dont care... I asked simply for an update and am not being given the common courtesy of one as a paying customer. I'd also like to point out that the advertisements for these backordered limited glasses have not stopped flooding my inbox throughtout this entire experience. I cant even get a shipping date, a response, a update or respect but you want me to buy more?....

The glasses are very cool, high-quality and unusual. Only one negative point - a very long wait for delivery (almost two months) But at the same time it is good that you always responded to the request by e-mail. Thank you! I went for my first run in super smart glasses)

22 september update Direct na mijn klacht, werd er contact opgenomen door klantenservice. Er werd uitgelegd over de voorraad problemen. Iedere keer dat de levering werd uitgesteld, kwam er een keurige reactie inclusief korting aanbieding. Wachten loont, uiteindelijk is mijn bestelling op 22 september geleverd. Kan niets anders zeggen dat Chamelo dit netjes heeft afgehandeld. Mijn complimenten. 28 mei besteld, vervolgens direct dezelfde dag een mail dat het langer duurt, 8 juni een herhaling. 24 juni mail gestuurd, antwoord met helaas dat het langer duurt, door de grote vraag!. Vervolgens 26 juni een mail met excuus voor het lange wachten, maar mijn order heeft nu voorrang. Onzin natuurlijk dat wordt tegen iedereen gezegd. Dan wordt het stil, inmiddels is het 18 juli niets meer vernomen. Als ik de andere reviews lees, zelfde probleem. Als je de vraag niet aan kunt dan zou ik eerst transparant worden en voorlopig ervoor zorgen dat er even niet besteld kan worden. We zijn ruim 2 maanden verder en nog geen oplossing, dit is frusterend en niet erg klantvriendelijk.

After an extended period of time for delivery, I finally received my music shields. At first they were awesome, however after a few weeks and few times wearing them, the speaker in the left Ear has stopped working.

*Review Update - 17/06/25 Chamelo reached out to me and resolved the issue well. I'm happy with their customer service. I received my Chamelo Aura sunglasses a few weeks after ordering them, they kept me up to date with this process which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, after receiving them and trying them on, they just didn’t suit me like I thought and hoped they would. They look super cool on a lot of people but unfortunately they just don’t work with my face shape - but they are an amazing product. I emailed them to request a return and refund and haven’t heard back from them. I’ve sent 5 emails in the past two weeks and heard nothing from them. They do a 30 day money back guarantee so I’m hoping they see this review. I understand they are super busy and popular but I was hoping I would have been able to return them by now.
