I placed two orders (38116 and 38175) on June 20th with an advertised shipping estimate of 4–7 days to Germany. It has now been nearly three weeks, and I have received zero tracking updates.I emailed customer support on July 3rd to get an update and have received no reply. This is an urgent situation. I am permanently relocating and leaving Germany for good on July 27th. If these packages do not arrive before then, I will not be able to collect them.Chamelo team, please check my orders immediately. Send me the tracking information today, or cancel the orders and issue a full refund before they are shipped to an empty address.

Fotios, I'm sorry it reached your bank twice — that's on us. You told us on 3 July that you were leaving Germany on the 27th; we shipped after you had gone, to the address you had left, and then asked you to pay again. We won't contest either chargeback and both orders are closed on our side. On the parcel and your new address in Thessaloniki, send an email to [email protected] so we can handle it — Jared, Chamelo

SCAM WARNING! Never received the product after waiting for over 8 months. They repeatedly missed shipping deadlines. Although they finally promised a full refund in writing on July 2, 2026, they have now gone completely silent and never processed the money. Save your money, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ginny, eight months, three missed ship dates, and two written refund commitments we broke before the money actually moved on 31 July. Your refund is paid and the order is closed — late enough that I won't call it resolved. If anything is still outstanding, send us and email at [email protected]. — Jared, Chamelo

Ordered and they glasses never arrived. Emailed customer service numerous times and no response. Have to report it to credit card to get my money back.

Michael, I'm sorry it reached your card issuer — that's on us; two messages met with nothing but an automated migration notice for thirty days left you no other option. We won't contest either chargeback and both orders are closed on our side, so there's no further billing. On returning the pairs when you're back in the country, send an email at [email protected] and we'll arrange it around your dates. — Jared, Chamelo

The service is undoubtedly terrible. I ordered some glasses in December 2025 but they still haven't arrived. I contacted customer service multiple times to find out what was going on, but they kept telling me to wait until such-and-such date, and then eventually they stopped responding altogether. Now my order is stuck in limbo and I really don't know how to get it unstuck, since they won't even deign to respond to me.

Antonio, over seven months for an order that's been effectively lost is not acceptable, and I understand the frustration completely. I can confirm it has now actually shipped, with real tracking this time — August 4th, via iMile. I'm sorry it took this long to get there. — Jared, Chamelo

Got a pair of glasses that didn’t work, and they don’t wanna return them. They answer every month on mail. Don’t buy from them

Viktor, you did everything asked, and got silence followed by a ticket closed with no reply. That's not acceptable, and I'm sorry it went that far. — Jared, Chamelo
