This is undoubtedly the best purchase of 2026 for me. I had been searching for a pair of sunglasses that would suit my cycling and running needs. This pair is light, comfortable, and the speakers are remarkably loud. It lives up to its advertised quality.

Thank you, Felix — best purchase of the year is a high bar, and cycling and running is exactly what the Music Shield was built for. We're at [email protected] if you ever need anything. — Jared, Chamelo

Omar, on 21 July you were told your order had been cancelled and the refund was processing. Neither happened. Order #38667 is being processed now and you'll have refund confirmation by Friday 21 August. If there's any delay on our side, send an email [email protected]. — Jared, Chamelo

Delay delivery and not cofirm new delivery date.
Response from ChameloAug 18, 2026
Thana, you asked for a confirmed revised date and across four replies nobody gave you one — 'priority' isn't a date and we shouldn't use it like one. #38598 has been fulfilled, shipped on 29 July with Flash Express tracking. If anything's still outstanding, send an email at [email protected] — Jared, Chamelo

Can not keep up with orders
I have yet to receive my purchase. It has already been 7 business days, and I do not have any shipping information. I will be emailing tomorrow to cancel my order if I do not receive any shipping info. When I asked about it, I was told they are experiencing a high influx of orders and are experiencing some delays. They should not be advertising if they cannot keep up with the demand. UPDATE: I never received my order or a confirmation of my cancellation request. I sent an email to cancel my order. When you email customer support, you'll get an automated response about them changing their ticketing system and that there may be a delay in the response. I never heard back, so I had to call my bank. My bank credited me the money, and they dealt with them. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU'LL GET A CRAPPY RESPONSE ABOUT DELAY CUSTOMER SUPPORT RESPONSE AND IF THEY DO RESPONSE, YOU'LL GET ONE SAYING THEY ARE EXPERIENCING A HIGH INFLUX OF ORDERS, SO THERE IS A DELAY ON SHIPMENT WITH NO ETA. They most definitely need to stop pushing all their advertisements and stop receiving orders if they can't keep up. They are a bad business all around!

Oberlin, I'm sorry it reached your bank — that's on us. You gave us a 24-hour deadline on 10 July and told us exactly what you would do; twenty days of silence was our answer. We didn't contest the chargeback — so there's nothing further owed on either side. Anything outstanding, email at [email protected]. — Jared, Chamelo

The order is delayed with no definite shipping date
Response from ChameloAug 18, 2026
Ciaran, this is the second summer you've had the same problem, and both times the answer was to flag it as priority and close the ticket. I've escalated #38683 properly, and it's now shipped. Sorry it took two summers of this before someone actually followed through. — Jared, Chamelo

Sai, you wrote on 9 July, waited five days, and were told your order was 'in queue' with no date — then heard nothing for four weeks. I've located #38518 and escalated it; tracking or a full refund confirmation by Friday 21 August. — Jared, Chamelo
