I bought the Chamelo Prime sunglasses. The 3-5 day shipping became a one month delayed delivery. I tried reaching customer service by email asking for an ETA but customer service was non sense. Chinese Sunglasses are poor quality, cheap plastic, lenses reflects eye and face very bad it seems I am wearing some mirrors on my eyes.

Thank you for the honest split verdict — a method sold as 2-5 days that takes 17 is a mis-description, not a delay, and you're right to say so. On the lenses: the mirror finish on the Smoke tint is stronger than the photography suggests, and if it isn't what you wanted that's a return we should be arranging, not something you raise in a review.— Jared, Chamelo

I’ve been trying to return my glasses since 6/5/26. It’s now 7/23/26 and they still haven’t sent me my return label. I email every day and call customer service. No one ever picks up and they respond maybe to my emails every 2 wks with the same answer. We will send you the return label. Then nothing for weeks! Hate this company worst customer service ever! I’ve spent half my summer so far dealing with this return.

I just want an honest update on my order #38306. I knew it would take time since I ordered them with prescription but still not a single update after four weeks. The website redirects you to the “shop” app to track your order and it’s been exactly four weeks and it still says “waiting for details” I’ve checked my email too and not a single update.

I have ordered on 30 June, and there are no shipping estimates, if you order you will just wait untill nothing is resolved. Support just says oopsie soorrrry, delays happen blah blah, but there is no info that it will take 1 month to ship. Why are you even selling them

One thing that I am frustrated is that the items I ordered was delivered too late. Other customers had the same experiences that I had to contact them to cancel my order because the delay caused my trust to plummet. They ended up sending it anyway but still waiting for the lifestyle strap which I ordered a day after this. I also received the wrong cap from the Tech Dad bundle instead of the Hello Chamelo I got the Chamelo inverted text instead. The tinting tech on the sunglasses is awesome. Audio is not loud and I can’t adjust the volume through the sunglasses. Would I recommend Chamelo? Probably, not at this point until they fix the issue of shipment delays, better audio, and better customer service. The phone number doesn’t work and only way to contact them is through e-mail.
