Joining Cerebral was so life changing for me. I was at a point in my life where I was so depressed and overwhelmed. I had thought of completely switching careers even, because I thought it was my work. After getting help through Cerebral I got to the root of my problems and have been put back on medication. I feel better than I have felt in years. My passion for my career and for life have come back. I have been attending therapy weekly and touching base with my prescriber for a little over half a year now and still going strong. My therapist is such a great listener and always offers such great insight. I wouldn't be where I am without her and my prescriber. They're both so compassionate and knowledgeable. I have no issues getting appointments as I usually have. It's also super easy and convenient to make appointments. If I have questions, Cerebral staff have always been super responsive. I saw some other reviews complaining about having to check in with their prescriber often. Maybe it depends on where you live or what medications you're taking, but in my experience with psychiatrists or other prescribers outside of Cerebral, I often have to check in every couple of weeks or months. My previous prescribers wouldn't typically prescribe a ton of medication at a time, so it didn't strike me as odd on Cerebral.

The team was very quick to respond and as soon as I signed up there got things rolling. I looked at other companies and this one had the better availability, and value for services. I didn't quite know where I was mentally when I started and Kaela helped get me regrounded and put an understanding where my head space was.

I really enjoyed my first appt today. I was happy to have someone that listened to my feelings regarding my medicine and my diagnosis. It's nice to have someone that actually hears my needs.

Being able to do the conversations with my doctor over the phone really helps because I never have time with my work schedule to be seen in person. Laura Young is amazing. She made me feel extremely comfortable and really opened my eyes to where my issues are coming from. Highly recommend Cerebral!

I had a really wonderful first experience with both my clinician and my therapist. They both listened well and without judgment. It has taken me years to take action for my mental well-being and I felt like both of them were there to support me. They took their time, explained things clearly, and offered support that I've never had before. I'm feeling so grateful right now.

I regret not doing this sooner. I fell off my parents insurance a month ago and needed my medication refilled and some other support. Filled out my information and talked to someone the same morning and she was so kind and understanding. My anxiety levels went down immediately just having someone who was so receptive to my needs.

My initial visit with the prescription specialist went well. She listened without judgment, made me feel comfortable being completely honest, and answered any questions I had. She was able to diagnose me, and though the diagnosis was a little tough to hear, I am hopeful with medication, we can tackle all the negative issues I've encountered before my diagnosis.

Brendan was extremely helpful, professional, kind, and supportive. I really enjoyed my experience in receiving psychiatric care and prescription medicine recommendations, reviewing treatment history, and treatment required with him. Brendan is extremely understanding, patient, outgoing, compassionate, and sets the standard very high for psychiatric care personnel and support. I wish and hope that I always receive care from someone like Brendan for all of my mental health needs. Thank you.
