I have only talked to Jess twice, but so far I have to say I am very impressed with her. She has definitely helped me with my initial reasons for talking to her first appointment and even followed up with me a week later to make sure everything was good and I feel like I am in good hands and finally going to get the help that I have so desperately searched for and needed!

Sara is awesome and explains everything so that I feel comfortable with my treatment plan and confident that I am on the right path! She even went above and beyond to schedule me a late evening appointment to work around my schedule!

I don't know what word to use to describe the sign-up process for this company, but 'predatory' comes to mind. I began the sign-up process, and before getting to the point that I was selecting therapists or treatment options, I decided I wasn't going to go forward with their service. Trouble is though, I had already given them my billing info, and although I hadn't selected any specific service and certainly was not receiving any service, I discovered months after closing out of the sign-up that I was being billed $86 a month. After reaching out both by email and on their site, I've gotten only an autoreply from the company telling me to read their FAQ. There is no option to close my account or cancel payments when I log in on either my PC or the app, and it seems like my only solution may be to continue the sign-up (by giving them more sensitive information about myself) and hope that I'm given those options once it's complete. It's really remarkable to me after this experience that people are trusting this company to help them improve their mental health.

I feel they are a scam and unethical with their billing. I signed up with them last Spring. I had an appointment with a therapist but I canceled. I never used their services. But they kept billing me every month. I didn’t realize because my husband pays the credit card. I reached out to the support department, but they were adamant they could not refund the money. I never knew I signed up for a subscription. Why would I knowingly keep paying every month if I never used their services?

Was so tired of finding a new prescriber every year and having to pay full intake prices every single time my prescriber left the practice. It was not financially manageable. I reluctantly tried Cerebral and have been completely satisfied and happy with the provided services, and most importantly, it is afgordable and i get the medication i need consistently.
