I have a polar one and severe anxiety & depression. It's difficult And sometimes Not possible at àll due my disability. It is very important to keep my mental health medications and counseling active and have that help. In past I've missed I've ended up off meds and without the care and help of counselor because miss appt at mhmr Then I have the extra stress of all the things you have to go through in the time it takes Because you have to register with MH and R and start all over with the process and once you're off your medications it's even worse with my disability! I started cerebral Sept 2022 And I love it because I don't have to leave my home it's 24/ 7 help available And they are very quick in responding if you send them a message No matter what you need. The providers psychiatrist are all great and easy As well as your care counselor. I love it and think it's great for people that have disabilities like me! I had several times I needed help and there are really quick to respond and I just can't say enough good things about them. I don't have insurance right now but it is affordable without and they also take Insurance I would recommend highly! They aren't life savers!

The sign on process was difficult…after paying $400+ in a subscription I realized (after 1 appointment) Cerebral wants the funds and funds only! Cerebral has No intentions of providing actual help. This is a major scam there are way too many similar experiences.

Today was my final session (for the meantime) with my therapist Madalina Stancu at Cerebral and it was bittersweet because while I'm in a good place in my life now, I truly wasn't last year. From helping me deal with my ADHD to working through one of the most intense periods of my life last year, Madalina was there through it all. She was gentle, caring, thoughtful but most importantly, helped me see things in a new way and gave me the tools I needed to process and work through all of my feelings. The growth I've experienced with her in the last year and a half is incredible and I have to owe it to her and Cerebral for being a part of my journey and getting me to where I am now. Beyond grateful.

I’ve been using Cerebral for a couple of years. They have always been good to work with. The customer service people are friendly and helpful. When you have a question for the caregiver they answer in a timely matter. I never have problems talking to them about my issues because I know they want to get to the root of the problem to help you feel better.

Great resource! I was having emotional problems so I took the online test and found out I have Bipolar disorder and moderate depression. I signed up for therapy and meds. They gave me a price break on the first month and even at full price is cheaper than therapy and a prescriber out of Cerebral. I highly recommend Cerebral.
