I think the counselors/therapist have a great go attitude, however I am truly wondering how effective a half hour long session can be. Most therapy sessions usually last 50 minutes, so in only having half an hour I feel I am not really getting the full attention I may need during my appointments

YET ANOTHER UPDATE TO MY REVIEW BELOW: I just got an email that my medication has been shipped, after I have already cancelled my subscription and after I emailed support that I can’t take my medication because I’m pregnant. Clearly, support does not actually read the emails that are sent. I am also assuming this means I will be charged for medication I can’t take and for a therapy session that the therapist did not show up to. Cerebral commented on this post with a name and number for me to call, called the number and it is their basic help line. I’m currently on hold, but I doubt I will be able to reach the person who commented on my review asking for further questions from me. UPDATE TO MY REVIEW BELOW: Got an email from trust pilot saying cerebral flagged my review because they don’t believe I had a genuine experience with them and trust pilot asked me for proof of documentation that I am indeed a customer. Nice try cerebral, but I sent in screenshots of our emails, which are word for word what I stated here. I also sent a copy of my customer profile, which is still online because the cancellation won’t be in effect until the 13th, which is “coincidentally” the same day as the billing cycle. Hopefully I will not be charged, but they will for sure be hearing from me again if I am. They charge 239 for therapy, and my therapist did not show up for my first appointment. There was a link to send an email to support in the “unlikely” event that the therapist is a no-show. I emailed them explaining what happened, asking not to be charged, and also explaining that I need a different medication because I am pregnant. They responded that they would pass the message to a different department for the medication, and did not acknowledge the no-show at all. So I sent another email, again asking not to be charged and asking what I should do for therapy. No response. I decided to cancel before I get charged again, and the only way in doing so is to send an email to support. I emailed them talking about the situation, and they responded they are sorry I’m not satisfied, and sent a link to a cancellation form. I filled it out, and then received another email offering me a discount for the next three months that is the same amount for therapy cost, they just took off the cost for medication, which I can’t even take because I’m pregnant. They asked if I still want to cancel, I responded yes I want to cancel. Have not heard back yet, although our conversation started only today. Hopefully I hear back before the charge date.

* EDIT I upped them a star for sending Rx to my local pharmacy today to make sure I don’t miss a day, and researching to find the disconnects. The therapist helped in facilitating the solution by reaching out to the right people. I thank them for that. Original post: My therapist is pretty good but I find online therapy to be less effective for me. But the service for RXs is pretty bad. Their refills are not timed to reach you when the first one runs out. They had to call in a week’s worth to my pharmacy due to that and then I had to pay for that. There is no tracking on the one they supposedly sent out and now it is over a week and I haven’t received it. So twice I will have to interrupt my dosage -which is not a safe practice. Their customer service only got back to me to say they would forward it to appropriate person. I have reached out to her, to the prescribing NP, to my therapist and have not received an answer. This has caused an increase in my anxiety - so I cannot recommend.

Told my care team that I was moving to a new state, asked if my prescriptions would be sent to my new pharmacy. The care team assured me multiple times that they would. Then, the medication was sent to the wrong pharmacy. When I addressed the issue, I was told that I would have to meet with a new provider before they could renew my prescriptions. Unacceptable considering how many times I had followed up, but I made an appointment with the new provider. Now, my provider has cancelled TWO of my scheduled appointments, and my care counselor said "hopefully" I can make an appointment "for the end of next week." I've written countless emails and made countless calls to this company trying to get help, and now, trying to get a refund. Nothing. Nobody will help me. I just keep getting what appears to be copy-and-pasted replies apologizing or offering me a discount for the next three months. Lol, why would I want a discount on a service I didn't receive? I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was so disappointing, I felt it was unfair not to share. Edit: Six hours after I wrote this review, I was contacted by a representative from Cerebral who was able to schedule me into an appointment the next day and who issued a full refund for the month. It was generous of them to provide me with both, and I’m glad they were able to sort out my issues. However, since I reached out so many times before, I assume the only reason I was contacted was because I wrote a negative review.

I have received such great advice from Clinton Walding. He is very insightful as to the issues I am dealing with. I am so very thankful I found your site.

Getting help for your mental health is hard when you work full time and live in the middle of nowhere. Luckily, with Cerebral, I can get help anywhere! It was so easy to talk to the psychiatrist and get the meds I really needed. I feel so much better after only 1 month. Would recommend!

I have had a great experience with my Cerebral therapist Kristy. She has been highly attentive, engaged, and has turned to me with kindness at every opportunity. She offers insightful feedback regarding the problems I am facing, and is incredibly emotionally intelligent, always helping me pinpoint exactly how I'm feeling about various things happening in my life.

The staff at Cerebral have had my best interests at heart from day 1. Since I contacted Cerbral, they have been quick to do all they could to insure that I had the tools to work through my PTSD. Can't thank them enough!
