So far so good. I’ve liked the ease of use for me and it works great around my schedule. They ship my prescriptions out on time every month and I have no hassles to deal with at the pharmacy. Truly a wonder and a program I can stand by.

The site is well executed. The providers show up on time. Sometimes the emails for the task are a little annoying, but I get it for those of us that are forgetful.

Very professional and I feel I am starting to help myself with their assistance.

I am not happy. Takes me for ever to get ahold of somebody and I never know when my meds are going to ship! If it wasn't for my meds actually working I'd cancel.

The absolute worst business. Terrible advice given by the non-licensed individuals you're supposed to talk to every month. I have OCD and was told to practice breathing. Medication didn't really do anything for me, but they sent me a refill before they even asked me anything about how they were working and whether I was feeling any side effects. I canceled 3 weeks before I was charged again. Luckily my card had updated because though I canceled they started to try and charge me anyway. Even though I was actively speaking with their representatives and telling them that I had canceled, they tried every day to charge my card. Very sloppy, very cold, and definitely not for anyone that has any sort of serious mental illness or need of genuine therapy. EDIT: They sent me an email requesting I change my review and based on the potential of someone not seeking help with them and stated "we would sincerely appreciate you updating or removing your Trustpilot review. I know that these issues with the providers and medications greatly affected your trust in Cerebral, although, my feeling is that these rare circumstances you faced might turn others away who are seeking support in their lives." EDIT 2: They have requested I change my review because I mentioned the new platform I am currently using that has been lifechanging. So I am removing the specific name, but I urge anyone to do their research and choose anything but Cerebral.

I started with cerebral about 6 months ago and when I first started it was amazing! However...... I ended up getting appointed a new physician and that's when the problems started. I would log into the virtual chat room 5min early, be kept waiting until AFTER our appointment time, only to be kicked out of the virtual waiting room, be marked no call no show, and then have the provider schedule a new appointment without my approval, input, or consideration to my personal schedule. This happened 3 times before I was assigned a new provider. The new provider did the same thing , and when I voiced my distaste for how I was being treated, I was gaslughted by the provider. To add insult to injury, I was sent an email about how to manage my anger. Well, that made me even more angry because here I am, trying to better myself and trusting in a company that boasts about helping people's mental health issues that are in fact causing new mental health issues, and when I addressed it I was met with lip service and a "discount". This is all completely unacceptable. To have my time, emotions, and trust played with, be insulted and mocked, and to top it all off make it dang near impossible to cancel my subscription. If you're looking for help with your mental health DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. Please do yourself a favor and avoid what I had to go through, and find a more reputable site that actually cares about their clients, because cerebral doesn't. Update: after a lengthy discussion with one of the administrators from cerebral, I was met with more lip service and empty apologies, however, I was refunded my 99$ for the month of March considering I couldn't get ahold or see a provider in that time frame despite my numerous messages to my care team about the issues I was having. Please, please, please, don't trust this place with your mental health, they'll just make it worse. It's absolutely disgusting that this company would try to butter me up in hopes I would change my review to a better one because they can't seem to run a business cohesively or want to deal with the consequences of their actions or inaction actually. I can't believe I was treated this way by a place that's supposed to help your mental health. I stand behind my review 100% and will not be bribed, gaslighted, manipulated, abused, disrespected, or taken advantage of by ANYONE period. Cerebral had multiple opportunities to step up and fix a problem in real time, and instead I was given lip service, empty acknowledgements, and empty promises coupled with poor communication while they doubled down on their inadequate approach. Even now, the response to this review is empty and sounds like it was read from a script. If you can't be authentic and actually caring about a person's mental health, then you shouldn't be trusted to help treat it. There are people put there WAAAAYYY worse off than I am, I can only imagine the consequences your behaviors could have caused had that person been on the verge of a breakdown. Avoid this site. Please save yourself the extra pain. Update after the update. I received an email from trust pilot stating that cerebral flagged my review as inauthentic and said that I was not a customer or client, and this is a bold faced lie. Like I stated earlier, they seem to enjoy doubling down on their unprofessionalism, and if I needed any more proof of how bad this company is, they just sealed the deal with that email. I have about 2 dozen screen shots proving everything I've stated here is true. This is beyond appalling. There has to be a better or bigger organization to report these people to.

I’ve never liked therapy. I’ve had nothing but bad experience after bad experience. This app has saved my life. I’m finally working towards bettering myself and moving on from my past. I’ve never felt better than I do now. I’m excited to continue to move on.

Psychiatrist lied to me and ignored me. Then getting support thereafter was nearly impossible. Not at all worth the money. Very frustrating and feeling neglected by my “care coordinator”.
