*Update Cerebral responded quickly and addressed my issues. We found the best path for me and I am impressed with Molly and her ability to get things done! It took a long time to get medication. My first encounter with a therapist was fine but we didn't connect. My second encounter, she had to cancel and is no longer seeing patients. I am reluctant to have a third encounter

While I ultimately decided not to join Cerebral at this time, I received excellent and timely information from the customer service team. Austine was sensitive and understanding and able to provide me with the info needed to make a decision. Because of her professional and helpful approach, I may sign up for service in the future.

As someone living with Bipolar Depression, it’s really hard to find online providers that can work with you. Cerebral is that space! Not only was I able to continue the meds I was already on and have them shipped directly to my home, the provider was so caring and knowledgeable and told me things about my BPD that I never knew! I started with one Care Counselor, who turned out to not be a great fit for me. I reached out to support and they made the switch to a new one so easy and seamless. My Care Team is amazing, they stay in touch between sessions. The newsletters I receive via email are so helpful and informative. The price without insurance is reasonable, and you can check with your insurance provider to see if they’re in network. I could go on and on about all the things I love about Cerebral, but you won’t understand until you start your journey with them. 10/10 highly recommend.

It has only been one month, but so far it is fine. Care counselor and coordinator have been great in answering questions in a very timely manner which is good when dealing with severe anxiety. I enjoy the links to articles and guidelines that I find very helpful in my journaling! Telemedicine is a new concept to me and a great resource while dealing with a pandemic.

The people are very helpful and get back to you in a timely manner. I really like it.

I was never able to complete the intake process and requested refund. They not only took $25 dollars (so called special) but charged an unauthorised $114 to my account. They totally ripped me off and I received no services what so ever. It's a con game.

I canceled and you stole money from my account also the therapist was late to our meeting forcing us to miss it and then did not have another available time for two months
