Fantastic and affordable

Cerebral is breaking the wheel in mental healthcare! Between how easy it is to get started, AFFORIDBILITY, and genuine care that goes into it, it's a truly life changing... I had spent years battling with depression and anxiety where I finally felt I had lost all hope and control of my life, attempted to seek help only to be asked for a $200 fee up front then 60% of that per visit, which was not something I could up and afford, until I came across this ad on Facebook. Even from the time I signed up, I felt like I was in good hands with Cerebral and they continue to offer the same genuine support now 4 months later. I hope anyone struggling with these concerns find their way to this program. I feel I have my life back...

Cerebral has been my saving grace during a difficult time. I have an amazing care team and they truly care and you can feel it. I was sceptical at first but took a shot and am so glad i did. If you're reading these reviews and thinking about it , do it. They are the real deal.

The Cerebral team has been fantastic! My Nurse Practitioner listened to my concerns and needs and worked with me on a care plan moving forward! My Care Specialist also was on-point during my check-in visit. I highly recommend Cerebral!

**** I know there are MANY 5 stars but don't stop there. Honestly; I wish my review could be one of the first to show. I've suffered from debilitating anxiety and depression since I was very, very young (I'm 50 now). My advice, read the lower star reviews, you can see how genuine they are in their review. UPDATE AT BOTTOM (4/22/2021) I would not recommend this establishment to ANYONE suffering from panic attacks and/or severe depression. I waited a month for an appointment (in the mean time they had started taking money before I even spoke to a provider). I got on my video chat and was completely floored by the so called help. I was told in a matter of 10mins that the FNP (NOT a mental health doctor) could not help me and no one at Cerebral could. Prior to making an appointment I had in depth conversations with the coordinators. I explained in detail exactly what I had been diagnosed with and what I needed help with. They assured me I would be able to receive help with any of their providers. In hindsight, it all seems like a front to get another person on board and get money. The first thing you see on their site is "Expert Help For Your Emotional Health Help for anxiety & depression". I strongly suggest to Cerebral (if you see this), that you be upfront with what exactly you are capable of providing to those who have mental health problems. You DEFINITELY have people hired that have no business working in the mental health industry. Do yourself a favor and seek help from a professional mental health care physician if you suffer from mental health issues. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I did read reviews here and saw many who had difficulty getting their money back and being able to cancel their service. I did myself a favor and screen shot every single thing between us and was able to finalize everything. ( UPDATE ) : Along with several others who wrote a review (not to the liking of Cerebral), I too was emailed and asked to remove my post. No one should feel as hopeless as I did during my appt. My review will stay as I wholeheartedly stand by what I said. If my experience helps even one person avoid more angst then my review did it's job.

The site is difficult to navigate. I click the link for my follow up appt..and it takes me to a new page with 3 questions..almost as if I am doing a new patient evaluation? I'm so confused Dr and Counselor are great so far..no cpmplaints there!
