Who would have thought that online mental health treatment would be so satisfactory? I am extremely pleased with my providers. They are personable as well as knowledgeable and I am getting the help I was looking for. I believe that my experience with them will only improve as we get to know each other better.

I canceled my account on May 19th. On June 6th I was billed again. I contacted support and was told they could not refund my money, because I didn't cancel in time. I canceled on May 19th. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau. *Update* I was finally given a refund. I have received no less than 5 emails begging me to remove this review for a refund, I said I would and got my money back. Now I really would not recommend. Please stop emailing me. I will not remove my bad review. Thanks

Helpful, personalized communications come on a regular basis. My questions have been answered quickly, and I look forward to visits with my care counselor.

I give it two stars because of the counselor. She help to not make it one. Everything else is awful. When you are dealing with people with issues like this, it needs to be more thorough. I know my body more than someone I spoke to on the phone for five minutes. I am not saying you should ever give out anxiety meds like candy…but when someone needs only a few to last for a month or so…then it obviously isn’t for abuse purposes. I went with the option, and it did not help. I cancelled it awhile ago. On top of that, i joined with the pretense of $1 a day to help your mental Health. After the first $30…it was going to be $82 a month. Then with a discount, it was $59.50 a month (less meds). There is not 60 days in a month. Last week I asked to not get the meds sent to me, I wanted to speak with someone first. The next thing you know, I’m getting an email about meds being sent. I didn’t want that. Then another email about me not having money for it. I am happy I didn’t have money in that account because I did NOT want those meds. I told them this on June 1st. On top of it, I couldn’t schedule my next counseling session until August 9th. So I can’t get counseling or the right meds, and I am paying for it? No thanks. This has been more anxiety then helping.

You guys have done more for me in 1 month than my insurance/healthcare has in 2 years. Literally paid thousands of dollars and they only give me therapy. Which is good don't get me wrong, but honestly hasn't worked and the meds, so far, has! I'm not even wanting to take meds, but when talking doesn't work besides the day I do it what is the point?

I was looking for therapy for over a year and having a hard time finding resources. Cerebral is great for people with and without medical insurance. Everyone on the team is super helpful and want to ensure, you’re getting the most out of your experience. My therapist has been outstanding and so has my psychiatrist. It’s only been a month and I have experienced a change in my mood and overall outlook on life. I highly suggest this convenient and thorough resource for mental health.
