I was at first skeptical being that everything is via cellphone. However, my care team has made me feel listened to, welcomed, and thoroughly cared for my mental health.

This is about the app and the tracking of medication. The fact that there isn't any tracking for it. It just says tracking info pending or in transit until it's delivered.

Highly unethical. Kept charging me every month, even though no services were being provided...assured me the charges would stop, only to repeatedly charge me despite several phone calls. They would swear the problem was fixed, and no more charges would go through, only to charge me yet again. Then, they had the audacity to ask me to fill out a customer service survey, promising an Amazon gift card for my survey responses. I answered the survey. No gift card was ever provided, despite their repeated assurance that it would be coming any day.

Easy to sign up and quick turn around for setting up an appointment with your prescriber and care counselor. The app makes everything smooth and easy and I like having all my info in one place. My care counselor is wonderful and I can’t wait to work through a lot of the things that have been holding me back.
