The old bait and switch, but this time let’s play with vulnerable people’s mental health. Absolutely do yourself a favor and seek help but not from here. I started because I was offered an $8/week for the first month, now they’ve tried to charge me $85 on multiple occasions. They’ve emailed me multiple times about this but do not care to remedy the inconsistency with the amount.

I had a great experience with my medical Provider. The app and registration process, including insurance verification has been super frustrating. My care counselor no showed my appointment and has not reached put to reschedule.

This was my second time meeting with my subscriber. She was very attentive, she listened to everything I had to say and recorded everything. She also made sure she left a note stating I have not being assigned to a care counselor. She made sure everything was taken care of before ending our appointment. She made sure the medication has been and that I have enough. Over all my experience with cerebral has been great.

This is a good program. It doesn’t do much with heavy trauma. More therapy than once a month would be wonderful. The medication component is awesome. So therapy - 3 stars Psychiatry - 5 stars Overall - 4 stars.

I was a little cautious about signing up to Cerebral. I had used online therapy before which was okay (just okay), I liked my therapist but I would have to wait up to two weeks to get a reply from their customer service. I knew my meds weren’t working well for me and paying to see a psychiatrist and therapist separately was too expensive. So I gave Cerebral a go and honestly I’m really happy I did. I went for the full package signing up was quick, easygoing and I had the option to choose from multiple therapists and prescribers. I was able to have a long discussion about my current medication, the unwanted side effects I was experiencing and we made a plan for a new medication regime. I was so impressed and felt so relieved to be speaking face to face (sort of) with someone who knew what they were doing. My medication is posted to me and a lot cheaper than I expected. The therapist I speak to is awesome, he’s really knowledgeable about all different types of talk therapies and will send me exercises to use. For example; using DCT to challenge negative distortions. I actually look forward to each session and I rarely feel anxiety before them. Then on top of that I have a co-ordinator that’s always checking in on me, can pass questions along to the prescriber or therapist if needed and is basically my own personal customer support agent. The app also has a section to complete mental health exercises, which you can complete in your own time. I’ve used cerebral for a month now and I can already feel my anxiety improving. I know it can be trial and error when dealing with mental health concerns and maybe I was lucky to have such a positive experience so quickly but I definitely recommend Cerebral.

Well I was having trouble getting my psych meds refilled. I have Aetna insurance but the only thing they could do was send me a list of doctors that might take up to a week. And then I have to pick the doctor and schedule an appointment. While I had ran out of my psych meds and was having withdrawal. So I contacted cerebral and in no time had my evaluation and intake and a new prescription only took a day or two. I couldn't have asked for more

I loved both my Nurse Practioner and Therapist. Both were excellent on every count. I paid for May and had a half-hour with each of them in May. I live in Ohio and it was a bummer that I could not get all my meds prescribed to me by the Nurse Practitioner. That is not her fault but needs to addressed by Cerebral with the State of Ohio. I paid as much as someone from any other state and did not get all the benefits. Perhaps lowering the monthly fee for patients in states that have very strict controlled substance laws. Thus I had to opt for National Health Care to maintain my mental health and health care needs. I can't afford you both, so I had to cancel for July with Cerebral. I have been on Clonazepam for 15 years and have been very cautious about only taking it as directed for anxiety and PTSD. Now, I feel like I am being treated like an addict. It just doesn't feel right. Lastly, I paid for June, but my therapist was directed by Cerebal to cancel my June 30th 30-minute appointment. So why did I pay for June? I would like to request a refund for my $85 for June since I received no services from Cerebral. This was a big disappointment I had with and in Cerebral. So you really care about your clients' mental health or is it their monthly subscription dollars? Disappointed, Brian Krawczyk
