The therapist is good but the website is very hard to use. I can’t access my account and called about it over a week ago and have not have any help in the matter.

I started with Cerebral 3 months ago, I got in via Instagram with the $30 intro deal which gets you an online face to face consultation with a psychiatrist and counselor- pretty amazing deal! I wasn’t 100% satisfied with only speaking with a counselor once per month so I quickly updated my service to the $325 package which gets you access to a highly qualified therapist (once/week) & prescriber. If you get this deal, I highly suggest reading everyone’s Bio to make sure you find a good match that meets your personal needs. Fortunately for me, my first therapist was exactly what I was looking for and needed & my second prescriber has been extremely helpful— both are totally worth it- specially if you don’t have insurance!! The reason I gave Cerebral 4 stars is because I didn’t have the best experience in the beginning. This was mainly due to the fact that I was still learning “how to use” this online service to meet my needs for ex: scheduling my therapist @ the right time—like when I was feeling highly stressed and overwhelmed… Throughout the process, Cerebral has been very helpful specially when I call in, the most helpful person has been Michelle- she was the sweetest and most helpful person!! Cerebral also reached out and offered me generous Discounts to make up for any bad experiences which was really cool and unexpected!! I would highly suggest this service to anyone new to therapy and/or those who don’t have the time to drive to a doctors office on a weekly bases. Oh and my therapist is, Regina Randle and my prescriber is Stephanie St Fleur —- both amazing to work with!!! 💕

Cerebral has made getting help for my ADD so easy and simple, I wish I’d done this years ago! The customer service is very responsive and my Care Team is wonderful. For the first time in decades I feel heard, supported, and on the right path, all from the comfort of my phone. It’s easy to fit appointments in anywhere, and when I needed help faster I just reached out to my Care Team and they made it happen. Can’t recommend Cerebral enough, it’s life changing!

Really like this service for the ease of use. I work full time and it’s difficult to get appointments to speak with a psychiatrist where I live. The virtual visits work great and the shipment of my new prescription arrived quickly. My only feedback is for them to partner with more therapists as one is not available to me right now. Other than that, great service.

I just signed up for this service and it hasn't gone well. The first day I scheduled my appointments with both providers. The day before the first appointment they emailed me that there was a glitch in the system and that she wasn't actually available so I needed to reschedule. By that point her appointments were a week out. I show up to my second appointment with the other provider a bit early but even after 10 minutes into our 30 minute confirmed appointment she is a no show. So disappointing.

When I signed up I had chosen a therapist with weekend availability Bc it is what I really need, and it ended up it wasn’t correct abd the therapist did not have weekend availability but then the app had me locked in with that specific therapist and I tried to make her availability work but I can’t.

I met with my psychiatrist and I felt heard and understood. She was attentive and kind and I really enjoyed speaking with her. With psychiatry new medication can have side effects and questions. I felt after I got off the phone with the psychiatrist it was difficult to get a hold of her or get a message answered. I submitted a question about one of the medication’s and didn't hear back. Eventually I called cerebral (about another question) and evidently the psychiatrist had replied to the message but the message was not relayed to myself. Love the physicians but it would be very helpful if responses were quicker. I think I was thinking of it more like instant messaging not as a doctor's office. After my initial review I discussed with the care coordinator the process so I have hope that there will be more improvement. This isn't an instant message sort of thing so once I stopped thinking of it like that and more like I would a physical doctor's office it seemed more realistic. The phone support is very helpful even after the hours listed. I had a question when changing plans and received an email but thought calling may be easier and was able to speak to the person who was emailing me. I really like that when there is a problem you can reach the person you are emailing directly.
