The counselor and prescriber were very attentive and understanding of my needs. Each appointment was fulfilling and I felt comfortable expressing my struggles.

I am loving the fact that I found Cerebral my therapist has been helping me overcome some hard times and struggles and has given me wonderful tools to help me be a better me.

My provider, care counselor, and coordinator have been amazing so far. I’m looking forward to brighter days. They’ve all answered questions quickly and it’s made this process a lot easier then I expected.

Cancelled me for no reason and never stands by the discount they promise

The shipping of the medication seems to be slower than expected. I’m going to be off my medicine for three days before the next fill arrives. I hope there isn’t miscommunication going on. Other than that I’m super satisfied with the care and treatment I’m receiving from all in Cerebral.

I've done two session and never left my apartment. They are qualified and kind people. I like it and think they are worth the money. It's not much anyway. You pay tofeed your face. These people help the brain!

I was happy at first with how fast I could speak with someone and that I was able to get some medication sent to the pharmacy closest to me for my first round of medication. Especially since the wait time to see a therapist in my area is at least two months. The problem I'm encountering is that my refill was set for 2 weeks after my first round of medication would run out and now my prescription is being sent in the mail via FedEx. Will my refill actually make it on time? It's already a day late. So we shall see. Also, you only get to talk to a therapist once a month for half an hour. I feel this is an incredibly small amount of time to speak with a therapist. But at least I have some medication and I did get to speak with someone for half an hour. For me a half an hour once a month is not enough by a long shot, but I have to deal till I can see someone in my area. Let's hope I can wait that long.

UPDATE: I have now been able to schedule since they have found someone that accepts my insurance (which was the issue before) I have been very satisfied with my care from my provider and extremely impressed with the customer service and how they have gone above and beyond to ensure my needs were met! Been with Cerebral for a month but not able to schedule with a therapist due to none being available.
