Be careful when you cancel. I requested a cancellation in July from here and there was a process via email. I did receive a cancel confirmation. The cancel date according them was 8/23 and my monthly renewal subscription was 8/21. They tried to charge me again but luckily I updated my payment info so no $ was taken. Just be aware. Also it’s a big waste of time and money. Disappointed.

My therapist is great! She listens and is supportive. The app is also easy to use and if you're interested provides some really nice activities backed in CBT and mindfulness methods.

I am pretty happy with the help I am receiving but I can honestly say the ease of app and contacting my doctors hasn’t been easy i feel like I spin in circles and my request are not going to the correct people now the staff are great and want to help but accessing my doctors isn’t easy unless I have an apt

As just about anyone, I was hesitatant to ulitize an online (relatively new) service. I made the leap and signed up and knew it wasn't a long commitment. My first appointment was amazing. I’m not sure the process to match up the practitioners with patients but whatever Algorithm they have on place is clearly effective. That first appointment was so beneficial. Moving forward, it has only improved as our professional relationship has had the ability to build upon those initial insights. I can only say it was a perfect decision and I’m glad I joined.

Its seemed good when I first joined I was able to talk to someone really quickly and my prescription was called in to my local pharmacy. However sense then its been very lacking ive tried several times to get help with my increasing anxiety but so far the only reply ive gotten is a breathing exercise basically

I have been struggling with depression for many years, but recently, depression has affected my abilities at work and with functioning on a daily basis. I knew that I would not leave home to see a therapist or participate in group therapy. I found out about Cerebral and this turned out to be the best option for me. My counselor is great and the medication ordered by my doctor has had a positive impact on me and my ability to function day to day. I am very pleased with my care and treatment.
