It started very well with nice people and very responsive. Right after the 1st week I got something prescribed though the person they assigned me quit the job and they asked me to do the switch myself. haven’t heard from them since then. Now, the start was good, but isn’t much more important to keep track (and an eye) after a cure is assigned?!

I have been happy with the service I have received and look forward to seeing how well the journey continues. I will be recommending my friend to Cerebral!

I had no insurance and my psychiatrist visits we're getting more and more expensive even though they were video visits. So after I heard about this app I thought I would give it a try, I have bipolar one and explained my situation to the prescriber and was prescribed my existing prescription. About a week later I met with the counselor great session was impressed but I was getting all this for $85 a month. A couple days later as I was preparing my medical records to forward to my new prescriber, I got a text from the admin saying they thought I should go back to in person treatment with my old doctor. They hadn't received my records, they didn't call to explain, They basically broke up with me via text but still wanted me to start paying $65 a month for the app. And didn't offer a refund for what I already paid. No phone call no explanations just break up via text. I think for other people this could have been a dangerous recipe. Dear Cerebral congratulations on making an app but you're dealing with peoples mental health, it's real life not just an app. that's not safe or professional. Easy app though 🙄

The only thing I have seen so far that could use improvement is when you book a therapist and set another appointment between switching from the 80$ program to the 320$ and you want to see your therapist the next day they’ll just have you wait even though it was booked to see them. Other that that small glitch this is so worth it. They care about your well being and are here to help you grow. The team is pretty good and are worth the money

I had significant problems with the company and had a very long review here posted of all of these issues and the company has addressed every single one. So I have updated my review from a 1 star to a 3 star. The service isn't for me but it could be for someone else.. My first and primary concern was that the specific counselor I was matched with didn't seem to be the right fit. I decided to start Cerebral because I am on an upswing and I know that these are temporary for me. So I told my counselor that I have depression and severe anxiety and explained additional other symptoms I experience as well as detailed that I am currently in an upswing but have debilitating bad days... She was NICE but the counselor said many things that struck me as dangerous for someone in my situation (ie: “Medication is messing up your body”“Sometimes I wake up sad and tell myself ‘there’s nothing wrong’ and I push through” "I have clients that are depressed and I don't think you are depressed" When I tried to press her that no...I am depressed and need help she said "Your problem is that you just aren't happy enough") These problems are obviously specific to the counselor and hey...she may be the one for someone else. Cerebral has thousands of counselors and my experience with this counselor is no different than trying a new independent. On top of my issues on an individual basis I also had scheduling trouble and my first appointment was scheduled for the following Tuesday and there was an attempt made to reschedule for the 3rd week of the month. This was able to be rectified at the time when I complained. Canceling was a chore and I was led to believe that I would have to pay for the 2nd month because of the delay in cancellation but Cerebral refunded me which is outside of their terms because of my experience. This caused a genuine panic attack because I was uncomfortable with having taken the plunge to start Cerebral in the first place because of the expense and knowing that I may have to pay an additional month for a service that ended up not helping was stressful...

They keep changing my prescriber because each one they chose could not prescribe the medication I use due to licensing and state licensing. And then my prescriber missed 2 appointments.
