This is the first time using something like this. I understand that prescriptions are limit. But I will be with out medication for a week as I had to double up on dosage.

So far and had an amazing experience with my provider. She explained everything I was feeling and going through, and I am looking forward to speaking with her again. I feel relieved that I’m not the only person dealing with my issues. Thanks again Eileen!! Talk to you soon.

If I could give this negative stars, I would. This entire program has been a waste of my energy and time. Communication is not up to par and canceling is a major headache. Claims to have support. Really? Try calling the phone number and see how much of your time is wasted just to get in touch with a human being. I should have known better with all of constant marketing emails and text messages. NEVER AGAIN.

My therapist was okay. But the app. Service. And Customer service is terrible. And it’s awful I canceled my subscription before my billing date they they proceeded to send me an invoice. It’s disgusting they way they Nickle and Dime people seeking mental health help.

Not happy with the level of care I’m receiving. It would be nice to know when you sign up for a membership that you get 1 session a month for 30mins. How effective is a 30 min session with a care counselor? Any additional sessions are an extra 30$ per session on top of the $85 you’re paying a month. For that price it’s better to talk to a LICENSED therapist or psychiatrist in your area than talking to a counselor. Complete rip off. I also told my care coordinator that the meds don’t work, I had to wait 6 weeks before taking to my doctor again about the the meds that I’m paying for that don’t work.

Kind of got off to a rocky start with this company, mostly due to communication issues, but as I enter into my second month with them I would say that it has created a huge improvement in my state of mind. Like I said, sometimes getting somebody to respond to your issues can be time consuming, but they will help you any way they can.

My experience so far with Cerebral has been great! I signed up, chose a prescriber and a therapist and met with them within a few days. I was able to start the treatment plan that I've desperately needed for so long. The combination of medication and therapy is proven most effective, and Cerebral made it super accessible and much more affordable.

I have severe depression/anxiety. When we reached out to Cerebral we were getting pretty desperate. The Provider we got was absolutely incredible. Her knowledge was extremely impressive, her concern poured through the virtual call. I was skeptical, I'm not anymore. This is an amazing service.
