Not living up to their end of the deal!!
So, my boyfriend signed up for this service as he has to wait 90 days for any therapist on his insurance, so we thought let's try Cerebral for the 30-day special promo they have going on now...well the first week he met with a prescriber, and was suppose to have a counselor see him the following weekend, well, wouldn't cha know, the counselor canceled and said he cannot take on my boyfriend as a client due to scheduling conflicts, what??? ya ok...and now, no one has contacted him, no one, to reschedule or anything, so guess what, We want a refund because Cerebral failed to live up to their end of the agreement, and offered no other counselor to fill the void. Shame really... I guess this is the game they play, offer a discount, but then stall until the 30 days is up and then say, so now the regular fees go into effect, but we have great news, we found you a perfect therapist...ya, no, blah, blah...Refund and Bye...
