Appointments are constantly and consistently cancelled. My last 4 appointments have needed rescheduling. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially as a mental health service that they aren’t providing that service consistently.

Cerebral has been 100% what I needed in this time of my life. I am completely satisfied with the entire system. It has been LIFE-CHANGING. I absolutely adore my therapist. She gets on my level and is so understanding of what I have to talk about. She really cares and takes her tasks seriously, but can also join in for a laugh with me.

I love Cerebral for what it did-- which is quickly connect me to the best therapist I have ever had, and given me access to a caring team of psychiatrists who have helped me finally find the right medication for me. These things have drastically improved my life and I am unendingly grateful for that. The only issue I would note is that they do not work with a wide range of insurances and I pay $300 monthly out of pocket for the service, not including medication, also out of pocket. I can afford this-- but not everyone can, and everyone deserves access to care. Also, there was a miscommunication at the beginning that led to me scrambling to switch my therapist. Ended up working out fine, but it was stressful at the time.

Cerebral is honestly the best. In the past I haven’t always been in the headspace needed to go physically into an office to meet with doctors, for that alone Cerebral seemed like a great fit. My first appointment was through webcam, and it’s the first time I felt that my medication concerns were taken into consideration. We worked together to see what would work for me. I do however wish a therapist was available under my plan, but I was told that my insurance didn’t cover and that they didn’t have one available at the time. That’s the only “downside “ for me, but it’s not enough for me to go elsewhere. They keep a gauge of my symptoms and my practitioner truly cares

My experience with Cerebral has been incredibly helpful. Especially with having the ability to text for advice or for really, anything! I always receive great responses and resources that are helping me get through bad times!

I felt like just another number. Another person to charge monthly for providers who just don’t take you seriously or give you the help you need. They are the least helpful, caring, empathic group of people. They, of anyone, should know that this is serious stuff…but they push you off and put you on the back burner constantly. They don’t take what you’re going through seriously, at all.

I had a great experience with this app and the people that I interacted with during my time there. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the price. I believe mental health is priceless, but being offered a lower price after asking to be taken out of services did not rub me the right way

Great team, they really do care about you here. Been shuffled about with some doctors but thankfully starting to get a handle on my issues.
