I started off with having the wrong medication cocktail and now I'm on the right one and feeling better than I ever have. I also have lost almost 50lbs which has helped with my diabetes as well. The counselors are easy to talk to and are available in my time of need.

This may be a good service for some, but my experience wasn't great. This service actively worsened my anxiety and stress, and being prescribed medication after one, 15 minute questionnaire. I did the online quiz flow, though I misunderstood all of the questions as it asked "When you're not your normal self" which is worded the opposite of the question they are intending to ask. My first virtual meeting was with a "Provider" who read through a list of questions and then prescribed me an anti-seizure medication to treat bi polar when my issue is ADHD and depression, this meeting was maybe 15 minutes long. The medication caused me digestive issues, and provided no relief in my lifestyle after 2 months. I was curious why I was being told to continue taking an irrelevant medication. I stopped taking it and tried to cancel my membership. Cancelling my membership was not easy, they had to have someone review and approve my cancellation, and conveniently enough it was right after they could charge me for 2 more months of service. I now have 4 boxes of medication I paid for that I have no intention to use, paid for 5 months of service but only received 2 months worth of sessions. I think this company is a few class action lawsuits away from being well aligned, but for now.... I would have been better taking the $800 wasted dollars and put it elsewhere. They refused any offer or request of a refund, partial or full, for the several months of non service I was forced to pay for. Please contact me if you have a similar experience

I am not one to go to therapy or take medications for depression. I thought I just had to deal with it. But I found cerebral and they are just fantastic. Short sessions, gets straight to the point and the monthly assessments are great to see how much you’ve improved. You can text them at anytime and they get back to you fairly quickly. This app is great

Appalling taking money from people struggling with mental health. Received ZERO services for over 6 months. They had to check my acct. nothing. Called for appointments on hold in wait room for more then 30 minutes with no one answering.

I’ve had a great experience with Cerebral. Everyone is so helpful, attentive, and compassionate. I have years of experience with therapy, but this is the best experience by far. I’ve never felt so heard, understood, and taken care of.

I finally found a company that I can work with. After trying several in person therapists, another online provider, and working with my MD for years, I was in a very dark place. I felt hopeless and alone when I decided to try Cerebral. At my first appointment with my provider, I was a mess. We got the medication I needed, and almost a year later I am now living in a bright, productive world again. I look forward to my sessions with my counselor and provider, and have set (and achieved!) positive goals. I cannot recommend Cerebral enough, they have literally been a life saver to me.
