I've been using Cerebral since 2021…
I've been using Cerebral since 2021 when I didn't have health insurance or an easy way to get medication for my previous diagnoses. Ever since I signed up I've been able to get my meds without any issue. I never had any other issues outside the prescribing process either. Having gone through a few different prescribers but the third time is the charm as I've had the best rapport with my current one. I will continue to use Cerebral and recommend it highly to others.

They have saved me and helped a bunch…
They have saved me and helped a bunch since I am unable to get insurance though work. I have depression and anxiety and with out cerebral I wouldn't have been able to get the meds to help.

I changed jobs and lost my insurance. I was terrified of going off my bipolar meds. Cerebral providers listened to my concern and kept my meds going seamlessly. Providers are top notch and have been helpful in managing my bipolar.

A mental health app that cares more about money than helping
The only real positive of Cerebral is that it is convenient and easy to use. Unfortunately, they care more about money than mental health. I couldn't afford the subscription anymore, but when I cancelled I wasn't eligible for a refill on one of my prescriptions yet and they cancelled all of my refills. When I finally was, I reached out to them begging to grant me 1 last refill (for an antipsychotic!) while I find a new doctor and they refused and had the audacity to tell me that abruptly discontinuing a medication "can have negative and even dangerous side effects." So now I am racing against the clock to somehow refill my Seroquel before I experience hard withdrawal.

Cerebral is the Best!
I found Cerebral after working with 3 other telemedicine companies. The other companies were more concerned about profit than my mental well being. My healthcare specialist made appointments as late as 11:00 pm at night. She is amazing, loyal and really loves what she does.

Could not be happier with Cerebral!
I have had two appointments with Olga and they have been great! Coming to Cerebral has been one of the best things I have ever done! They were recommended to me by my daughter who has used them for years and has been extremely happy! I like spending time talking to Olga she is very patient and kind. I always feel better when we are done. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs mental health services. You will not be disappointed!

Very welcoming
Very welcoming. Hopefully just what I need. Alcohol addiction and too much mental illness to handle. They really help out and make you feel like they can actually help.
