I have been with this company for 6 months now, and let me tell you they are the most affordable, most reliable company ever. I don’t know what I would have done if I haven’t reached out to them. Anxiety is the most disgusting thing out there and having a panic attack everywhere you go sucks! Now I’m happy and I can enjoy going out with a smile on my face and not worry at all! I’m so happy now and I can live my life happy again and not worry if I’m going to have another episode just sitting down eating at a restaurant. If you struggle with depression/anxiety don’t wait or hesitate to ask for help! I did and it got worse, mental health is just as important as physical health. Some people say “oh it won’t help me” yes it will if you give it a chance. It’s not embarrassing, it’s your life. Who cares what other think if you’re on medication, it’s your health that’s important.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! FIRST OF ALL THE PAYMENT IS VERY UNCLEAR BUT THEY DO THAT ON PURPOSE BECAUSE THEY DONT GIVE OUT REFUNDS! THEY SCAM YOU BY QUOTING SMALL FEES, LIKE $30 AND $7 WHEN REALLY THE COST ID $109 PLUS A $30 SUBSCRIPTION! I CANCELED THE NEXT DAY AND EVEN THOUGH I DIDN’T USE ANY OF THERE SERVES AND CANCELLED LESS THAN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE STILL MO REFUND! THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE BY QUOTING INCORRECT DOLLAR AMOUNTS! LITERALLY STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE BBB FVKING THIEVES.

Just like many others who gave this 1 star reviews. I’ve only been on cerebral since November. I got charged 240 dollars out of the blue, I contacted support to ask why I got charged more than 2x the amount I paid for and I was told that I changed my plan when I know I didn’t. I sent screenshots of my plans but the agent just wanted to have a back and forth banter with me instead of helping me get my money back. On top of that they’re still going to charge me an additional 85 within the same month. The reason I signed up for these services was to help out with my anxiety and depression, instead you guys are giving me more anxiety, I’m now 240 dollars short and that’s causing more personal issues.

Awful experience. My counselor barely spoke English. I couldn’t understand him. When I asked to change counselors with my medication provider she told me ok. This never happened.. my medication specialist would only prescribe medication she thought wouldn’t work. I told her exactly what I needed but she continued me down a path of paying more money for negative results. I told her I was done feeling weird and having stomach problems from the meds she wanted to give me. When I said I wanted the medication I needed a couple months later she told me I wasn’t allowed. So here I was paying a lady a load of money for negative results and no counselor I could talk to. I am very very unhappy with my experience. I think this company prides itself on stealing your money and when there done they drop you with no results.

I highly recommend them.They went above and beyond in reaching out to me. They were patient as I cannot navigate myself out of a paper bag.But whenever I got confused....they were there to assist. Their motive isn't financial; it's therapeutic. Cerebral is generally concerned about the mental well-being of those in distress. I felt supported right from the beginning. Cerebral can prescribe standard medication and, taking into consideration certain state restrictions, can even prescribe controlled substances if necessary, through virtual doctors appointments and as long as a physical examination is not needed, I see nothing wrong or medically unethical about that. A year ago that would have been impossible so this is progress on a grand scale. This may be indicative of mental health treatment of the future. I personally think it's great. Insurance companies, on the other hand, may need some extra reassurance. That is between this company and the insurance companies. But right now it's allowed so the powers that be are seeing it as a step forward. So do I

I will be escalating this matter. Within a matter of 10 minutes, this company managed to take payment of $139 from me, all before setting any type of appointment, or approving my ID. I assumed they serve anyone in the US/Canada/etc but my ID is Canadian and their site wouldn't take my ID. This is all before you actually pay anyone to do anything for you, money taken. When I realized they wouldn't be able to serve me because they won't accept my ID, and also because they don't provide the full scope of what I needed anyways, I cancelled. Within 24 hours. Again: site won't take my ID: No appointment made: Money is nearly the first thing they take. Any other site of this nature would refund you fully when they have not done anything at all to your benefit; it was my effort that went in to this, not theirs. At an in-person clinic, they would not take your money up front nor keep your money when you rightfully cancel (ESP if you hadn't even made an appointment or had been set up with a therapist!) It's not like I cancelled On anyone; I literally signed up, gave payment info to go through their process, and they're trying to keep my money minus a piddly partial refund. Tell me what is it that you're charging me $100 for that you won't refund me? This is unethical business practice. It's blatantly wrong and gross. In their "Policy" they say, they state these terms (what: that when you submit payment information, they'll just gladly take it without due cause?). I think they bank on people wanting to sign up for therapy/having needs met, who likely don't read their already corrupt policy, and this is some of how they make money. It's disgusting. I'm sick of these tech companies acting like this is how business practice should be conducted. Better Business Bureau will be aware as well. All I want is my money back.
