I have spent the last 4 days trying to get ahold of my “Care Counselor”, “Care Coordinator”, prescriber and even Cerebrals corporate office for help getting a prescription transferred. This isn’t a difficult thing to do, it shouldn’t require 4 solid days of phone calls to accomplish. My pharmacy is inside of a grocery store that is currently on strike so I’m unable to access the pharmacy. I sent messages asking for my prescription to be transferred to a different chain 2 days before the strike started and 4 days before I ran out of medication but never heard a word from any of these people who claim to “care”. I’ve come to learn that other qualified individuals within the company will not step in to help if they also cannot reach your “team”. Should your provider take a vacation or sick day you will be left dangling out in the wind to just figure it out. Telemedicine is a great concept but it allows for very little communication or accountability. If you like your mental health care to be provided by people that will actually care about your mental health, stay away from this company. The won’t be there when you need them but they’re always available to collect your money.

Thank you for sharing, Samantha! I am so sorry to hear of this difficulty with your pharmacy and the delay in response with getting the issue sorted out. I understand how this would be frustrating and interrupting your care. I would love to see how I can support you here and see if I can help sort this out for you. You can email me at [email protected] or by responding to Trustpilot's request for more information. All the best, Meagan - Reviews Coordinator
