This company is a mess or a scam. They hide behind a chat, there is no way to talk to a human, they did not send the prescription to my pharmacy, and canceling is impossible. Avoid these scamers.

I'll start this review by saying that I've been on this platform for about six months, and my personal experience with my therapist specifically has been phenomenal. I have experienced a lot of growth and healing from our sessions and if I am grateful for one thing with this service it's that she was on it. Its the only reason why I'm rating it three stars instead of one. About two weeks ago, I received a message from my care coordinator telling me that my therapist is not covered under my insurance and I was being moved to someone else. While I understand that these things happen from year to year, I was not consulted on what I wanted to do. I should have, at the very least, been given the option to pay out of pocket and stay with my therapist. It took a few sessions just to get to a vulnerable enough place to open up to my therapist, how they just switched me to someone new without considering me in that decision is mind blowing. I have since e-mailed them (per their instructions) to cancel the service and am in the process of completing that request. As a result of this experience, I do not recommend Cerebral.

Charged me monthly even after requesting a cancel. Had to turn my card off to prevent you taking another 85 dollars from me. Requests to set up an appointment was months out and they didn’t accept my health insurance.

The Care team the last few weeks, Big thanks ladies, Maggie, Ashley, Erica, Shelby, Mallory, Jahln T sorry if I forget anyone but y'all are going straight to heaven. It didn't matter what time it was Cerebral Care Team they were there making sure that I was going to have my medication and I was going to be calmed down and not stressed and if I needed extra help for my medication they were there for me.I have a great Care Team and If anyone's looking for a Mental Family Cerebral Is the Place. They put you first. There online and they are more personal able and caring about you,then the doctors you see in person. I feel like they are more than just health care workers, but family.

Everyone who I've met through cerebral has been very kind and understanding. They actually listen and look for grand solutions to the issues I suggest

This experience has been quite a nightmare. My provider has been changed pretty much every appointment I’ve ever had. Prescriptions get sent in wrong and it’s impossible to get anything changed or refilled in a reasonable amount of time, clearly they don’t take mental health emergencies seriously. It’s been near impossible to schedule my own appointments at convenient times, I’ve had repeated issues with sound and video on both app and online links. I only continue to use this service while I’m traveling and don’t have a PCP
