Not really worth it.
The best part of Cerebral is getting to meet with your prescriber and figuring out the right medication. But even then, I’ve had MULTIPLE problems with getting my prescription delivered or refilled. Meetings with your care counselor are infrequent so you’re basically paying $85/month for your prescriber and an occasional meeting from your counselor. Not really worth it.

I have enjoyed the cerebral website and the video chat visit was easy to navigate. I am looking forward to getting the mental help I need at a price I can afford. I look forward to my next visit!

You will not have an easy time cancelling
I was trying to sign up on 2/28 - before my insurance information was even in- my credit card was hit once for meds 30 bucks - therapy 109 - I decided I did not want to go further. It was too late and they will not answer the phone - and they do not respond to the emails at the address they just made me delete - they do though warn that if you send more than once - it will take longer- very spiteful for healthcare. I have not had one appointment and I cannot cancel - and I believe the charges recur.

6 months with Cerebral
I have only been with Cerebral for 6 months but am on my third provider due to the first 2 leaving with no warning. It was frustrating at first to be shuffled around so often and even left without my meds for a week because there was no provider available to authorize a refill. I am now satisfied with my current provider. I feel like the actually analyzed and discovered the root cause of my anxiety being related to undiagnosed and untreated ADHD. I have been doing much better with the regime she has prescribed me. I love my care counselor. She is so bright, bubbly, and personable. I feel that she truly listens to me because she always starts our session by recapping the last and recalls a lot of details. The care team is always responsive whenever I have questions and helpful when I am having issues with scheduling.
