Cerebral is trash. The only good thing is its accessible. The providers quit and you have to do another intake. They dont have accurate scheduling so youll schedule something and then no one shows up. They lock you out of scheduling for a week at a time so youre unable to get your meds.

I was in a position that I needed help. Anywhere I tried to call was either not accepting new patients or didn’t have anyone for me to talk to. I saw an add for Cerebral online and figured it wouldn’t hurt to try it. I’m incredibly thankful that I made this choice. The person I was matched up with has now been my go to person for all my mental health. I’ve been on Cerebral for 8 months. I’ve had many ups and downs and I always knew I had someone to talk to if and when I needed. I’ve recommended Cerebral to my PCP for their patients, mentioned it to friends and family, and have suggested to people I don’t even know in a nice and professional DM should they be asking for an outlet or help. I cannot recommend Cerebral enough. I’m thankful for this app and what it has allowed for me to process for my mental health. Don’t be stupid and think You’ll find something locally, take my advice, download the app, and make sure you go in with a clear mind and try something that can help you tremendously.

I wish I could give zero stars because this company does not deserve any. I met with a prescriber, kellie, and she told me she’d have to contact a third party to fulfill my request to be prescribed adderall. The meeting ended. I waited almost a week with ZERO follow up. I wanted to schedule a meeting with her but her next appointment is November. And you can’t just pick a new provider. You have to email them to request one. They don’t answer for days. I’ve been back and forth with emails since then trying to a. Get my prescription and b. Get a new provider. They take multiple days to reply so they can try to milk your subscription. DO NOT USE

I have had no issues so far. My counselor is wonderful and really helps me set and achieve my goals. We have worked through my anxiety, depression, ADHD symptoms well enough that I no longer need medication. She is always accommodating and has helped me through some really tough situations. My entire care team has been wonderful.

Amazing once you find a provider who clicks with you your off to a good start

Safira was so sweet and patient. She was extremely helpful, understanding and I did not feel uncomfortable with her at any time!
