Very positive experience, very friendly staff.

They put me on an antidepressant to treat both depression and adhd. My first provider apparently didn't know the dosage they had me on was too low to also treat adhd even though I was complaining about amped up symptoms of it. I have used them for four months now, am on my second provider because the first one quit/was fired/is gone (I don't know why), and twice now they have left me without medication even though I give about a week head up that I'm running low. For those who don't know, suddenly stopping antidepressants can cause depression (and does).

They really helped me get my life under control

TERRIBLE SCAM COMPANY, beware!! They claim to prescribe anxiety medication but they DO NOT. Will not refund my money even though they couldn’t help me because I will not take heart medication with tons of side effects for ANXIETY. The provider was so rude and hung up on me because I actually looked up what the meds were. Don’t trust them!

My clinician was very understanding of my situation. She actually listened to what I described, and really met me where I was at. I am certainly impressed with the ability and knowledge of my clinician.

The service was very poor didn't seem like the lady cared she seemed uninterested and unhappy to be at work she didn't see very interested iny ADHD issues and I would like to work with someone else. She also said would sey up prescription and cerebral should be sending out an email about the confirmation of when the script is filled. You guys really need to get some better people instead of just prescribing meds to make a profit. I still havent been able to confirm if my script was filled. I mean does she really need to seem that annoyed to be at work? Horrible experience I've never dealt with a mental health expert with that poor of an attitude.

Been a member two months and they have been more conducive to my mental health than most therapy in my entire life. I have a great staff of individuals including a prescriber that is there for me as needed.
