This company is a scam. I signed up to receive treatment prior to knowing that they have no appointments available for any times that most people would be available. As someone who does not have alot of money taking time off work is not an option. Once I paid for the service I was greeted by only having available appointments near a month away, at times that make no sense. I contacted support to see if there was anything that could be done so I could be treated, my questions were ignored and I was told to contact another department to cancel. Also worth noting that a majority of their reviews are paid for by cerebral. Edit: since there is no way to reply on This thread, the only way is to give more information to the company and receive more spam emails begging for my buisiness. The fact that no attempt was made to rectify the situation until the reviews hit tells me that this company does not care about its customers, just its image to potential customers. Your low quality service needs to be known so others do not fall prey to these tactics. Despicable to be doing this to people with mental health issues. Edit #2: After stating they would send me a full refund, they only sent a quarter of what I am owed. I will have to contact BBB to get the money back that they stole. And to be clear, this is all because I asked if there were any way to recieve an appointment that wasn't a month away and in a time slot I was available. To which they responded saying to just cancel.

My appointment with my Care Coordinator was amazing. Bria took the time to explain different exercises to help manage my symptoms and explained the next steps to me; she listened and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you

This service is amazing! It was quick and easy, great providers, and an awesome care team. I was in desperate need of my prescription being filled and I got it filled almost immediately.

The provider has very helpful and listened to my concerns. Asked a lot of questions about my experience, which made me feel very heard. I appreciate the convenience and the care.

I absolutely love cerebral I have the most amazing doctors helping me and trying to understand and trying to make sure that I'm taking the right medications and what medications not to take I actually highly recommend this for everyone everybody who has an issue going on or if you just need to talk to somebody they are truly truly amazing

This service is a fraud. There are no therapist in DC. I was switched to counseling + medication, but was denied the refund of the difference in cost. This is completely unacceptable.
