Getting anyone to respond to messages is an issue. I also referred my boyfriend who has messaged 3 times about his medication with no response in over a month. He stopped taking the meds but you guys keep sending them anyway. My prescriber gave me 2 refills. Told me to see her in 90 days. It's been 30 days. You haven't sent my meds and you won't answer my messages. What am I paying for?

Everything was quick. Maybe a little too quick. But theres always follow up appoitments! My prescriber was very knowledgeable and helpful, and did a good job considering what treatment i needed.

I sat on trying this company for months, reading reviews, researching it, I was SUPER hesitant. I hit a really bad low, so I said screw it I'm trying it..... BEST DECISION EVER. When you're depressed & have anxiety or any issues for that matter.. It is SO HARD to get yourself to GO IN and see a doctor. This I couldn't make an excuse up for. The next day after I signed up (At 11pm) I seen a doctor for Meds. Then the day after that I seen a therapist. Both were AMAIZING. I love my therapist, I actually look forward to seeing her each week! Don't wait.. I promise it will be worth it!
