I've never felt more confident and comfortable with a process. The support from my care team is incredible. I was very hesitant but after my first meetings, I knew I had made the right choice!

I was very apprehensive to try cerebral, but with my anxiety being so bad that it’s hard to drive anywhere or be anywhere without it kicking in, I thought ‘why not’ I had a pleasant experience with my prescriber, she made me feel comfortable and she listened. I am writing this right after my first session, she did recommend therapy which cerebral also offers. Try it!

I am liking everything about cerebral. I agree with the way the therapist wants to communicate with you and how helpful they are going to be.

I will say initially trying to set up my appointments was a bit confusing and frustrating. I needed to see someone right away and nothing seemed available,but all I had to do was message support and they very quickly helped me and got me in as soon as possible. I felt very comfortable w the counselor I met with. I have really been struggling, but am now feeling a hopeful that I have help. This feels like a great fit for me so far and I am happy I reached out! Thank you Cerebral!

I have had two visits with my therapist and one with my prescriber. Its been incredible to be heard and know that I'm not alone in the situation that I'm in. I was hesitant at first, because I worried my situation would be too intensive, but I'm so pleasantly surprised. And I can actually afford it - the places around me wanted several hundred dollars a visit. I see myself using Cerebral for a long while, especially during this stressful period of my life.

Before Cerebral I was in a downward spiral. Not sure what was wrong but mentally not where I wanted to be. After trial and error on a couple meds and speaking with the counselor, my depression and anxiety decreased significantly. I am actually happier and enjoying life and my children. I feel like they actually listen and want to help me. I will continue using cerebral to maintain my mental health
