I started with Cerebral back in September 2021 and I was very impressed from the get-go. My meetings with my therapist were great and the prescriber was very helpful to over the matter of three months we got my bipolar medication leveled and started on ADHD medication and dosage adjusted to what was working for me. I’ve been taking the same amount of medication and the same medication since January and all of a sudden at the end of February I had a new provider suddenly. When I had my appointment with her I mentioned that I just picked up my new script for ADHD meds and the dosage was changed from twice a day to once a day. She said that didn’t really make sense and to continue taking it as I’ve been taking it she wouldn’t be able to help me with medication because of the Depakote I was taking and I would need to see another provider but not to worry it would get settled. Three weeks later after multitudes of messages and emails to Support I’ve been assigned to a new provider who has told me that I will not be getting any ADHD medication that I don’t have ADHD and he has not actually met with me not once. So now I am out of medication after trying to prevent it from happening . I started a new job because for the first time in my life my adhd was controlled. Now I am suddenly left without medication and told that I need to go see someone in person. Which wouldn’t have been a problem three weeks ago when I wasn’t out of medication would’ve been a little bit easier for me to make appointments and things like that. Now I’m sitting here hoping that I don’t get thrown into a depressive episode because I do have bipolar disorder and I’ve been taking the maximum dose of Adderall every day for the last three months as prescribed. To think that that isn’t going to affect my mental health to just stop it suddenly not even allow me to taper it off and just leave me hanging is completely unethical from a doctor standpoint. Seriously Cerebral will make you feel so happy and feel like your mental health is under control and you’re not a piece of crap loser who can’t do anything. And then they’ll rip the rug right out from underneath you and that rug is support and medicine and you’ll be left hanging.

I had a phenomenal experience with Cerebral. The company made it more than convenient to see a clinician in a timely manner and make access to the proper mental health care in rural small town America possible. Cerebral I am not being melodramatic however when you're waiting months for an appointment because there are no physicians in your area, you are the difference between life and death. Many thanks.

I really enjoy my experience so far. My thereapst are awesome. Medication comes in the mail. What's not to like? Any issues get handled right away. I couldn't ask for or have I come across any better. Thankyou.

I could not find a therapist without a several month wait list, and Cerebral came to my rescue. I was Eagle to remain on my medication, and receive therapy within the same week. They helped me with setting reminders and follow up appointments. My medication was called into my local pharmacy and they even accepted my health insurance. I am so grateful and thankful for this service. The staff are extremely professional, and they actually active listen and address my issues. I chose my therapist based off of her well-written bio and experience with PTSD— and I was not disappointed. She has been so helpful and empathetic, and I have already learned so much in our first few sessions about my nervous system’s role in my anxiety and depression. She is kind and understanding, and the rest of my care team is just as much so. I feel listened to and surrounding by caring individuals who want to see me grow and thrive.

So far I have only seen my therapist which she was amazing. I will see my prescriber next week
