I had an appointment this past Saturday with a therapist and it was fine. Things got super confusing after that. I was scheduled for an appointment on the 18th of April. On the 11th of April (after my initial appointment) I was sent a message stating that the Cerebral therapist could no longer see me because I was seeing another counselor. This other counselor I am seeing is for something different than what i was seeking out Cerebral for. Now all of a sudden, I received this message today on the 15th stating that I had an appointment with the Cerebral therapist. It was actually scheduled for the 18th but allegedly cancelled because I am seeing another counselor. Which is it? I'm supposed to see the therapist on the 18th? Today? Or not at all? I don't trust the services at this point because its apparent to me that client's aren't taken that seriously. I will not be recommending to anyone.

I finally opened up with my therapist about something that I've been carrying around for 22 years. I felt very comfortable and safe.

The coaches, the care counselor and the support team are overall helpful. Its not just what people say “a ticket to prescription “ nope! Not cerebral! I have adhd an ddiagnosed so i value the transparency and just educating me with my own disability helps a lot! I specifically asked to do the non-havit forming meds which is I think something that would work (every bodies and external factors are different when it comes to prescription and dose effect).

Awesome platform for people timid to meet with someone. Christina E. was easy to talk to and was a pleasure to talk to.

Had a great visit and was able to set some very helpful goals. I’m excited about making tangible progress.

I was presented with information relative to my personal experiences. I was also given defined explanations and felt listened to. It was an intense first time and I appreciated being asked the "hard" questions.

Cerebral has changed my life and I’m so thankful to my awesome providers who helped me identify my ADHD! Instead of wondering what I’m going to get distracted with next I’m able to better navigate this vast world made for the neurotypical.
