Cerebral is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I used their service one time and found it wasn’t for me. I canceled and was told they would have to call me to confirm the cancellation. They never called but continued charging. I have this canceled 3 additional times and still no call…but hundreds of dollars charged to me. No services, no calls, no offer to help cancel. Just thrives that target those looking for help with mental health issues. They know that there is a stigma for their targets and therefore they take advantage. Terrible company. Terrible people.

Ever since I started using Cerebral, it definitely helped pull me out from dark times. They started me on meds to help with depression and ADHD. Ever 30 days I check in with my provider, whom is absolutely wonderful and sweet. She makes sure my meds are working and changes them as seen fit. It has been a great experience and I’ve been feeling great ever since.

They are actually listening to me. I feel like I can be completely honest and get to the root of what is causing me so much anguish in life.

The therapists and perscribers are so helpful and understanding! They're not judgmental and they give you time to get your words out even with the time limit. Absolutely love not having to leave my safe place to go in office, I can do it from wherever I am!!

I was going through a really rough time and was at a low I’ve never felt before. Catherine has been amazing!!!! She has given me new coping skills and is a very positive vibe which is extremely calming when you are in a dark place. They accommodate my times I need and are very understanding. I’m very grateful to have found cerebral!

I knew that I needed help with my chronic depression and anxiety because I was having difficulty at work and my symptoms had gone too long untreated. But being busy with work, volunteerism, and a lengthy commute, it was hard to find a provider that fit my schedule. Then I saw the commercial for Cerebral on television. It seemed too good to be true. I was able to choose a prescriber and counselor with whom I would feel comfortable, and whose education and specialties seemed like they would suit my needs. In this case, I chose two Black women. We used different combinations of medication, talk therapy, and visualization exercises to try to break me loose from what felt like a downward spiral. I won't say, "I'm cured!" because I don't know if that will ever be the full truth. But I'm doing much better than I have in the past with in-person therapists and medication I was given then. Perhaps it's being able to pick from literally hundreds of providers that gives you a better chance of finding someone with whom you can establish a rapport. I absolutely adore my care team, if they lived nearby they would absolutely be people I'd love to have as friends. And the biggest bonus: it was covered as in-network with my insurance! Try Cerebral, I don't think you'll regret it!

Cerebral has been a real game-changer for me. My team is amazing, and really caring. I feel completely comfortable with letting them know if I feel a medication isn't working for me or needs to be adjusted (this was not always the case in the past - I'm traditionally more of an "I don't want to bother anyone, so I'll just suffer alone" kind of gal). The monthly check-ins with my Care Counselor are also really helpful in staying proactive about my mental health. Unfortunately, they don't accept my insurance, so I have to pay the full $85 a month, but honestly...... it's been completely worth it.
