Cerebral has changed my life. I went most of my life misdiagnosed with depression, and I’m not depressed. It become toofrustrating to even get help…. To even try. But being on the right medication, paired with the right doctor, and a team that’s accessible, quick, and caring….. is simply life changing

I found cerebral and it’s been amazing for me. My counselor is truly an angel. She is so supportive and helpful. My prescriber is always there to answer questions and is so amazing to me. I knew I needed to take charge of my mental health and that’s exactly what they are helping me do. I couldn’t be more thankful for this team of people.

Terrible experience. They lock you into a subscription with no possible refunds before you can even move forward at all in the procress. Then the website is confusing and glitchy. I tried to make an appointment with a prescription provider but kept getting an error message, then received several email confirmations with different providors for a meeting later in the evening. Then a random person who I had not scheduled a meeting with called me for my consultation, and it was a terrible experience. I felt like they were just reading off a check list and couldn't care less about me. It was so unpersonal and unprofessional. They perscribed me for a medication that I knew was not going to be what I needed without even a discussion- I then asked about a different medication and they were like sure yeah whatever you want. I then found out that the dosage they perscribed was so low that it wouldn't even have an effect. I felt like I was talking to a random employee and not a medical health professional. I got off the phone and immediatley called to cancel my account, just to be told that I could not get a refund. It feels like a scam, and to be preying on people dealing with their mental health is evil and predatory. Avoid at all costs.

I love Cerebral, it is a great service that is miles ahead of anything in person in my area. Wonderful mental healthcare!

At my initial setup of my account on the app I was given a list of doctors that were supposed to be able to prescribe medication in my state. It was a 3 week wait to see a doctor that was said to meet my needs, so I made the appointment and waited. I had the long awaited appointment with the doctor only to find out they couldn't prescribe medication in my state. I was told not to worry they would notify cerebral right away and get me the right doctor, they would contact me and let me know soon. That never happened even with my 3 months of repeatedly emailing and asking for help in the chat area. I went without my medication for a month before I had to go and pay my old doctor to help me. After 3 months of being billed for nothing I finally had someone respond. 3 months of me paying for my old doctor and them. They did refund the money and get me a proper doctor. I met that new doctor and they set up my medications. All seemed to be ok. Next I went to pick up my medication for the first time with three Cerebral doctor only to find out only one prescription was ready, I couldn't pick up up the other 2 for 2 more weeks. I had taken the last of my medication that day, as that was supposed to be my day to pick it up. Now again I’m going with out medication for 2 weeks. If you are on a required medication and have been and then go without something that keeps you stable there can be a big crash mentality from that going away. It’s can wreak havoc on you. I tried to speak to my doctor to let them know there was a mixup but the thing is you can’t talk to them. You can’t call in and talk to B a real person in customer service, you can’t get help right away by post in the messages you are scr3wed. This is all a 100% truthful account of my experience with this company. I’m currently seeking a local doctor again as this convenient business was anything but convenient. I really wanted this to be as great as they advertise it, but the truth is they are just another service trying find a way to take our money and do as little as possible for it. Welcome to our country folks, the only civilized nation in the world where our health, both mental and physical is up for sale like a commodity. These insurance companies and healthcare providers take us for everything we have before dropping us in the morgue and then yelling next! We deserve better. Demand better. I am.

I was suffering from severe anxiety and depression when I first signed up with Cerebral. As a stay at home mom, I was looking for a flexible option for therapy, where I could work around my schedule, and have sessions from home. Since starting with Cerebral, I was able to choose my own therapist, someone I’ve really connected with. My prescriber, who I also got to choose, has started me on meds that have helped me to manage my emotions and stress levels, while allowing me to still feel like myself. I would recommend giving Cerebral a try. For me, they’ve made things a lot better.
