Deborah Russell. I find your company a joke. I have not heard or had an appointment in months however you charge 85.00 a month that is taken straight out of my account without letting me cancel it!! CANCEL IT!!! STOP NOW!! I’ve tried for months to cancel this subscription You have know right to keep taking money from my account.

Affordable and Actually Decent Mental Health Care? Its more likely then you think.
I have never been able to afford getting help before. Then I got a chance to try Cerebral, finally got diagnosed and on a treatment plan. Its not instantaneous help, not a fairy godmother bippty boppty boop moment. Its just an affordable way to find a care team and proper treatment plan. To anyone who is desperate for some answers and solutions, and can't afford insurance or the 'traditional' route of in person care and refferal nonsense... This is it. Its not glamorous. But its working.

Doctor Miranda was awesome
Doctor Miranda was awesome. She was kind, professional, understanding and non judge mental. She really knew her stuff and took the time to thoroughly explain things to me in a way I could understand but that was still very informative. She made me feel genuinely cared for. I’m very happy to get back to a better level of mental health.

I am happy with my experience with…
I am happy with my experience with Cerebral. I was able to get on track with my medication and meet with a therapist to talk about some progress and some setbacks I’ve been experiencing in life. I do wish the counseling sessions were longer than 30 minutes and that they accepted more forms of insurance. Overall it is worth it.

I find the counselors to be very knowledgeable in my issues and I like they are relatively my age and female. I live in rural area and most of counselors here are older men that won’t understand my issues as single mom Great cafe. Better than I’ve had in person. Easy to schedule and lots of text reminders for people like myself that forget

This is not as marketed
This is not as marketed. Definitely misdiagnosed and not listened to. I was prescribed meds that not only didn’t address my focus issues but made me feel depressed. I wouldn’t recommend this service.
