So far cerebral has not been a pleasant experience. While my prescriber ask the right questions the counselor gave me vague unhelpful advice. Everybody seems like they want to rush through everything and get to the next appointment. When messaging to figure out prescription information and things of that nature the response is very slow. Some of these medication‘s have withdrawal, you really don’t wanna miss dosages and but the pharmacy can’t contact anyone to confirm and nobody responds to the phone number or the messaging app for several days you end up missing them. Cerebral is billed as a quicker easier and less expensive option. so far it’s proving to be more expensive and much more difficult than doing something in person or through a competitor. Once I can get someone to confirm my prescription I am canceling.

Jill is amazing. She is the best counselor I’ve ever had. I don’t feel pressured to tell her anything, and it always feels like a conversation, instead of me having to dump my trauma.

I was blown off my first session. Then scheduled another session days later, without any acknowledgment, or consideration for my schedule. When I met with my care counselor she never turned her screen on, and was cold and distant the entire session. She asked me question after question from a sheet without ever having a conversion with me. This company is not here to help. They are trying to get your money and put as little effort in as possible. Please don't use this service if you actually want help.

I was not expecting to feel supported right away, but I was very mistaken. My clinician made extra time for me, really listened and heard what I was saying, and helped me to cope immediately, as well as taking time to get a game plan together for the future. Much more than just be listened to, she actually did something that helped.

I have had a great experience with Cerebral. My prescriber and care counselor are awesome. Anytime I feel like something isn’t working for me my prescriber fixes it. I really love that she doesn’t pressure me and kind of lets me make my own decisions on the medications I’m taking but guides me in the best direction. And my care counselor has been great helping me set goals. Also if there’s ever any issue with my account or I need to talk to someone I’m able to send a message and I usually get a response fairly quickly. I love that I don’t have to leave my house to receive help. The visits are pretty short and to the point which is great for me because I work long hours and it makes it easy for me to fit my appointments in my schedule. I high recommend Cerebral!

The staff was very kind all around and even though I need to be evaluated in person they still showed interest and provided guidance.
