I used this service for the first time today. I battle with depression and anxiety that makes even simple things seem overwhelming. Naturally, the prospect of going through the process of finding a doctor, making the appointment and then waiting for 3 months seemed overwhelming in itself. Three months sounds like forever to continue feeling like this. After signing up, I was greeted by a wall of dozens upon dozens of practitioners from every possible walk of life. They ask some questions to help narrow it down as to get the one you are most comfortable with. I chose Traci Farmer. Two hours later, I was having my appointment via the app. She was very sweet and listened intently. Rather than feeling like I was being rushed, she made me feel as though she was really paying attention. Medication was rxd and I am now picking it up. Nothing could have been easier or less confronting than this. Easily affordable also without insurance. I can’t say enough how impressed I am with this service

They charged my credit card before I completed enrollment! During this process, i found out i was not eligible for their program because my ID recently expired. WHY THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD BEFORE ENROLLMENT IS FINALIZED IS ABSURD! This was on Tuesday. Now it’s Saturday. Ive sent four emails and called three times. Ridiculous
