Helped me turn my life around, great service

I had a great experience with Cerebral. The app was easy to use, scheduling and access to providers was very flexible and adaptive to what I was looking for and what I needed. I thought the providers were outstanding and I was really grateful for their input and expertise and felt like I had received really valuable tools to help manage my mental health.

My therapist was great! My first prescriber was great. Due to an issue/glitch in the system I can not longer find this person. Had to meet with a second prescriber who couldn't find the original prescribers notes, was very judgmental, didn't know or understand the metabolism of the medications she was prescribing, and didn't seem to understand the physiology of the different neurotypes... not happy.

I was not sure what to expect but I was surprisingly pleased. I felt as though I was listening to and my provider carefully Decided what the best process was for me. I i’m excited to continue my care with cerebral.

I have mixed feelings about Cerebral. My first Therapist was fantastic. We had several sessions together then one day I was notified she was no longer working for Cerebral. The next person ultimately wasn’t certified in the state I lived and I scheduled with her 2 weeks out. So after 2 more weeks, I rescheduled with another person 10 days later and she had to cancel on me. So I’m now 6 weeks out and still haven’t had a session and was being charged the full rate. They did pro rate for me a small amount. But it seems the turnover rate is high at Cerebral. I’m also working with a clinician for medication. She has been with me since day one and is fantastic. She’s on the ball, knows my history and is prepared when we start our sessions. I’ve met with her 6 or 7 times over the past several months and I feel a lot of progress has been made with her help. So she gets 5 stars!

So easy to do. My doctor was so nice and easy to talk too. Fast, easy and all done in my PJswith my kids.

I paid the extra money to get counseling and meds. That was two weeks ago. I have had ONE counseling session and still no meds to speak of, I’ve seen ONE prescribing physician who basically said she couldn’t help me and there’s only one on service prescriber who can, who still hasn’t gotten back to me. I’ve been in and out of the mental health system for most of my life- honestly, counseling isn’t really what I need, there isn’t a whole lot of things that are RELEVANT to me that I haven’t already come across, I just wanted the extra support while I adjust to new meds- that I still don’t have and appear to be no closer to getting. I have been in crisis for several months, partially because I am so poor that $80/mo might as well be $800 for how hard it is for me to come up with that much free cash. And I spent it on a service that has yet to help me. So basically, it’s been a COMPLETE waste of money so far. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
