Cerebral has been a life saver for me! Waiting for insurance to kick in at my new job, so I had to pause service with my regular therapist and psychiatrist. Cerebral makes it incredibly easy to find a prescriber, a counselor, and they build a plan that best fits your needs as a patient. The staff I’ve interacted with are all intelligent, kind, and well spoken individuals. Can’t recommend em enough!

I am so glad that I found this app because within a day of signing up for therapy and medication, I was able to speak to both a provider and a therapist the next day!! Now I feel better knowing I can talk to someone weekly. This company is wonderful and they hire wonderful staff and therapists!

I love Celebral, I love my team. They make sure to be available to you anytime you need them. The proscriber really listens and takes what I want into consideration. I just love the whole system. I'd recommend to anyone.

Ive been using Cerebral since February of 2021, consistent with the same care counselor and being able to talk to someone who gets it and can talk me through things and also is able to fit into my budget is so so helpful. Having access to mental health resources is so important and i’m glad I found such a good resource

Cerebral scammed me and won off with my money. I was told I would pay $40 for the first month and be able to get an appointment to hopefully try adhd meds. Instead, I was unable to get an appointment until 2 days short of a month later. By then I would have to be billed AGAIN for their “service”. So I paid $40 “for my first month!” for nothing. What’s even better is they won’t refund me even though I emailed them not even an hour after signing up. You can see if any appointments are available until after they take your money. STEER CLEAR. I am left feeling scammed and defeated and more frustrated and depressed than I already was. Cerebral gave me yet another reason to quit trying. Edit: to your reply back to me, Cerebral, there’s no point to contact you “for additional support”. I’ve spoken with many of your representatives and they’ve told me they cannot “deviate from the policy” and will not give me a full refund. Therefore there is no point and I have no further desire to speak with anyone from your scamming company. You’ve done the absolute opposite of offer support, from the moment you took my money. Never have I done business with a company who takes your money and gives nothing in return. SCAM. And another thing before I forget, if you don’t uncheck the box upon signing up, Cerebral WILL sell your information. Another reason they are an untrustworthy, money hungry scamming company. They don’t care about helping people. Period.
