I had a wonderful conversation with Olga and she is setting me up to finally get the help I desperately need. This was the 1st step in a long overdue process and was nervous at first but I highly recommend this app for anyone who is suffering.

I called and left a voicemail telling them I'm cancelling in Jan, I've cancelled the service per their directions (email and wait - no response) on March 1, I've cancelled my debit card, I've asked the bank to block them.. yet they are still taking money out of my account. I haven't had an appointment since December. You're sending medication that I already receive and were expressly told not to send. Just charged again tonight another $85!! 4/25 What is this this chuckwagon BS?

I met with NP Lauren Cano and received such excellent and admirable care. As a veteran leaving the VA for private care was a gamble but Miss Cano seemed genuinely interested in assisting me find solitude again. Thank you for helping me get through the first step in acknowledging my need for professional help, mentally.

Not what I expected. Based on the advertising (and prior experiences with other counselors), I expected this to be a prescription mill. But the prescriber was kind, compassionate, and really listened to me. I really felt like she cared about me, even though we'd just met. I have an upcoming appointment with a care counselor and actually feel pretty good about it.

I have been on Cerebral for almost three months. When I first got on I was in a really bad space, feeling defeated and alone. Suffering with depression, anxiety and panic attacks I was struggling to find my way through the fog. Provider was considerate and kind, TBH it was one of the best MD interactions I've ever had.
